“A unique experience in a fabulous palazzo!”
My rating of 10 is based on great value for money, wonderful authentic historic building, and superb communication with the owner. A beautiful palazzo in the centre of old Sarzana. Very reasonable rate and amazing medieval premises. It was a privilege to stay here.

“Great location for those walking the Via Francigena”
We loved the central location and the historic nature of this accommodation. The room felt luxurious and it was lovely to have a little terrace where we could sit and enjoy the evening sun.

“Fantastic stay.”
Beautiful authentic setting. We felt like a noble family! Very clean and well appointed. Beds were comfortable. Not noisy despite in the city centre. All the comforts of a short stay available in the room- coffee, tea and even lemon fresh from the garden.

“Wow! Incredible, historic accommodations on Via Francigena”
Wow. The Palazzo rooms are as good as they look. Ours was HUGE and comfortable and it is right in the middle of town. It was convenient to have a tea/coffee station and the bathroom/shower was a dream after a rainy day on the Via Francigena. Highly recommended.

Beautiful old palace located in the center of the town on one of the main streets of the historic center. Large comfortable rooms equipped with antique furniture. Very nice terrace. Air conditioning and capsule coffee machines in every room.
