The Guest House is a converted floor in an office block on an industrial estate, although converted to a high standard. The railway is a barrier to access the property. Unless you are aware you can use the station underpass as a public access, it is a long walk to find an alternative. The booking details said breakfast was included - it is but by vouchers you use in a cafe in the centre of Sarzana, another walk in!

“Just comfortable enough to spend a couple of nights in a safe neighborhood. There is room for improvement.”
Location was good. 10 mins walk from Sarzana train station which gives easy access to La Spezia and subsequently Cinque Terre. Quiet neighborhood and no people loitering around. Self check-in allows flexibility. McDonald’s is just adjacent to the accommodation and Lidl is 3 mins walk away.

This is a disaster. I've been to a lot of places, but I haven't seen this. The room is full of dust, ants, hair, the coffee machine is there but there is no coffee, and the water in the machine is green with algae, from standing. I cleaned the room with a towel that was mostly black. No one has been out on the terrace for years. So much of me.
