“Great short stay, would 100% come again!”
The location is perfect. The rooms are very nice and super quiet considering one side on a fairly busy road, we never heard a sound. The staff we met were lovely and made us feel right at home. The shared bathroom and kitchen well kept, clean and well equipped with everything you need. There was also gated parking available, and its a 5 minute walk into the town centre.

A very pleasant, clean, and welcoming accommodation! Although the bathroom is shared, it was always spotless and well-maintained. The host is extremely kind and attentive to details, making us feel at home. The location is very convenient, and just a 4-minute walk away is the Chinese restaurant ‘La Pace,’ where you can enjoy excellent food. A great choice for those looking for a comfortable and affordable place. Highly recommend!

Viviana, the host was amazing and gave good tips both about tourist attractions and local pearls in Sarzana. It was a very nice, comfortable room and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay.
