The checkin process is difficult and i was charged twice. Once when booking and then I was required to pay again before gaining access through electronic key 1 towel for 2 people.

Easy to get into the apartment once you get the hang of the technology. Loads of space, nice bath and showers.

We like this apartment, it is very clean and spacious. Perfect for 5-6 people. Washer is a plus, but it would be nice if there is also dryer inside the property. We ended up just hanging the clothes to dry.

Our group travelled seperately to Sarria and this caused a real problem as the host did everything electronically so to register the guests and myself I needed all our passport numbers which I didn't have so made a real pain trying to arrange getting into the property. Lots of messages later and my friends went to the property and rang bell to meet host - but the flat number wasn't the same as on the booking so another delay. The host wasn't very happy and made this abundantly clear to my friends. Next stumbling block was payment - he used something I'd never heard of so after more messaging I had to send my card details over on Whatsapp which I wasn't that happy about. All in all - if you're travelling together as a group to Sarria it's a good accommodation. But all the Virtual Checking in and payment made it all rather convoluted and annoying for seperate arrivals.
