“Shocked by the lack of cleanliness and the casual attitude to pet hair in a family room. Staff did what they could, but”
Great location, right in the centre with Egon restaurant next door. Allowed early check-in at 13:30 for no extra charge. Helpful receptionist (Ieva) who handled the complaint well. Underground parking available (15 spaces) Windows open wide and also have ventilation panel for airflow.

“Lovely stay in center of Sarpsborg at an affordable price.”
The location was great! Right in front of a bus stop and situated close to the main square with shops and restaurants. The breakfast was really good! Great selection and good quality. The beds were comfy.

I liked the helpful staff. At first, I received a modernised, yet tiny room. Not even a flat surface big enough for a laptop. Talking to the reception staff solved the problem immediately. I got a non-modernised room double the size but 100% the same price :)

“Spotless”
I like the room it was very clean and the bed sheet was very good not so duty because i have allergi when it becomes the linen of the bed. The kids was enjoying staying in the room.
