“A return; very detailed, thoughtful and easy from/to the airport”
They upgraded me to a suite which was so wonderful (was my birthday the day before ) they made me feel so special, food was great and elegant; particularly liked the discounted rate and encouraged me to order a lot. I was so comfortable in my room I didn’t worry about checking out the pool. The little toiletries In room were to a high standard and enjoyed the fragrances.

“Nice hotel with all you need for a comfortable night”
Hotel is nice, big rooms, comfortable facilities. Restaurant was ok, very good breakfast, parking available. Overall, a good transitional break! A nice indoor pool at the top floor.

Room temperature. To hot in hotel and room. Always in wintertime the room temp is not adjustable.

“Well maintained hotel and good for COMO visit”
While the facilities show a touch of charm, they are beautifully maintained, and you can truly feel how much care and investment went into the rooms over the years. If you're planning a trip to Lake Como, the location is incredibly convenient with such easy train access from Saronno Station. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this lovely place if you're visiting Como!

“Perfect stay in Saronno”
This is not my first time staying at this hotel. - Excellent location, a two-minute walk from the Saronno train station. - Comfortable, well-equipped rooms. - Comfortable mattress and pillows. - Good breakfast. - Wonderful staff, always willing to help.

Hotel deducted room.dinner price from my credit card and I paid it also incash .Hotel did not transfer my money back despite theypro.ised to transfer it back.Be careful with this hotel!
