“A great stop for travelling into Milan”
We picked this hotel to be close to Malpensa airport and Milan without having to drive into Milan, the hotel was about a 15 minute walk from the train station where we then got a 20 minute train to Milan. Staff were friendly and welcoming and let us see some of the classic cars that were stored in the underground car park. Parking in general was very easy. Lots of little extras in the bathrooms which came in handy.

“Amazing hotel”
The hotel is located next to autostrade, which is very convenient if you’re traveling by car. Also, it has a big garage that’s very secure, with video surveillance and automatic doors that lock. The room was very clean and everyone was very polite and accommodating.

We broke down 200 miles away and asked both directly and through booking.com to cancel the booking due to the exceptional circumstances. Unfortunately it was refused, so we had to deal with that on top of sorting everything else. It would have been nice for them to help. Doubt we'll ever use them again.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were very friendly, and we were pleasantly surprised to be able to speak Romanian with them — it felt very welcoming. There is a nearby building, apparently also part of the hotel, where you can have lunch and enjoy a relaxed evening — a nice option if you don’t want to go far. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and it was lovely to have coffee on the terrace afterwards. Overall, a good experience.
