Me and my wife had a lovely and beautiful holiday in this property, the property has everything you need, the owner Mr Lukas is very kind and helpful, Mrs Catherina is very lovely lady she is always ready to help 🥰 a small and beautiful beach is very close to the property, we really enjoyed our morning and evening swimming there

The place is very spacious, just to the required good spec. The kitchen and Reception are neat and tick all boxes, balconies are a definite plus

The host is very kind and very communicative via whatsapp. All instructions were perfect. The maisonnette is large: living area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom, all on the spacious lower level, with a large outside terrace with a very nice view on the sea. It is modern, clean and very well equiped: large TV, wifi, nespresso machine, fridge, airconditioning, laundry machine etc. On the first level (entry level) there are two bedrooms and bathroom. On that level there is also a balcony with sea view. Every day we sat on the outside terrace on the lower level in the morning and afternoon, although it was December/January. It felt like being at home (but with better weather and sea view :-)) so the 10 nights that we were there passed too quickly. We came by plane and rental car, which could be perfectly parked in the street in front of the house. From Saronida you can easily drive around to all villages nearby (Palaia Fokaia, Sounio, Lavrio, Keratea) and also go to Glyfada or Athens. Or just stay at home, which offers calmth and rest, which we looked for. I could even do remote working via the secure wifi .. but not too much, it was vacation :-). Earlier, in April, we were in Athens, but decided to escape the hectic of that city during our next visit, which became Saronida. We are very happy to have done this, and especially in this maisonette. We will definitely come back to this address later this year!

Very well-equipped, comfortable, spacious and very clean apartment with two terraces lookout to the sea. The location was the best for our family: several sandy and slowly deepening beaches can be reached within a few minutes walk, Athen is with car and with metro in 40 minutes, airport in 30 minutes distance.
