“We would definitely not come back. But would come back to the hotel we stayed the fist night - Han boutique hotel.”
We arrived at midnight and were told that even we booked a stay, they didnt have a room for is. They left us waiting for about an hour and then send us to another hotel for the first night. The next day, we checked out from the hotel we were sent for the first night and retured back and had to wait another 3 hours for the room. We, therefore lost more than half of the day. The pool deck was always full of rubbish, it was crowded and noisy. Not really a place for relaxing.

“Disgraceful”
I made a reservation 2 weeks before arriving at the hotel. On the day of arrival at the hotel, we were told that there were no rooms left. It was a complete disgrace. Then they tried to offer us another alternative but we were told to wait. The refrigerator and TV in the room were not working. We waited 2 days for the TV repair. But their arrival was delayed until the end of the day. Don't be fooled by the pictures that appear on tourism agency sites. It's a complete lie. We completed our Sarigerme holiday unhappily.
