Rose Apart reminds me of Turkey 35 years ago. A real gem. I loved sitting on the terrace, watching tortoises 🐢, a wild boar, and other nature meandering through the field. Perfectly located: 15 minutes to the beach, if you turn right, and equal time to town if you turn left. Suleyman, the host is the icing on the cake.....a lovely genuine man.

Great place close to the beach, shops near by. No taxis or bus services this is a holiday resort area so only busy during summer times. Winter times are very quiet. Room was nice and clean. Beautiful view at the back.

The beach and shops are close by. There's no street noise at all, even though a busy street with karaoke, bars, and shops is located nearby. The host was hospitable and quickly resolved any queries that arose. Cozy gardens with fruit trees and seating areas front and back of the apartment. The apartment is cool; even in summer, we rarely turned on the air conditioning.

The small house, we stayed in, is spacious and bright, the owner is very nice. You can enjoy beautiful mountain views, have your meal in the garden and relax, it is really peaceful. Shops, cafes and restaurants are 10 min walk, also there is a very good beach nearby. Easy to park your car, if you have one. Excellent value for its price.

There is enogh space in apartment. There are here a double bad in one room and two twin beds in the other room. Also there are a big refrigerator, a washing machine and 1 table with 4 chairs. Parking is possible and is free. The location is OK, between beach and shops. The WiFi is OK.

Very basic apartament, but spacious and bright, with good energy, it is a pleasure to be there. Beautiful mountain views from the balcony , very peaceful. Real countryside feel- roosters and hens nearby; you can hear crickets in the evening. Very relaxing atmosphere. 10 min walk to a very good beach and all the shops

“Perfect holiday home for hippies”

We stayed in the holiday home and absolutely loved it as we're hippies who like things simple, rustic and away from noisy crowds. The location was perfect for us - rural but midway between the beautiful beach and town with amazing views of the starry sky.. Suleiman was very helpful and being able to eat the vegetables and fruit growing in the garden was amazing (peppers, aubergine, grapes, bergamot and pomegranates). The water was always hot (but sometimes needed time to come through) and I got great wi-fi (my friend's was more erratic). We would definitely stay here again.

Very good location and friendly administration. This is the second time we have vacationed here. My relatives recently vacationed here. Our friends are planning to come for the second time soon.

Suleyman is a kind and responsible owner of the place and that is the main reason for his success, he takes care of almost everything himself- he lives in the place. I arrived after midnight totally exhausted, he was kind enough to remember to ask if am hungary, he then brought me some ready to eat pizza from his apartment. Am so grateful for that. Thank you Suleyman 👍 The location is amazing and quiet, very close to the beach. The apartment rates € are not crazy even in the summer 🙏

The location is amazing, just 10 minutes walk to the beautiful beach. The room is clean and has everything to stay there for a long time (fridge, washing machine).

We stayed in a 2 room apartment for 3 weeks. Though it’s very basic and simply furnished, it was clean and had everything we needed for a long holiday: a cooker, tableware, a tea pot, and a washing machine. A supermarket with basic stuff is 50 meters across the street, another 2 with more choice are in the village. The beach is 10-15 min walk from the property, and the road there is shadowed by the trees so it’s not too hot to walk. The host is always kind and ready to help: he even gave us fresh figs from the garden. We really enjoyed our stay!

Good size apartment for the price. Excellent location - quiet and not as busy as the touristy areas but close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants if we wanted to go out.
