Free parking at the door. Was across the road from a decent pub with good meals. Great shower. Had a kettle and fridge. Be aware this place is totally contactless checkin (no reception) so you have to sort with the pre checkin form (that didn’t work) or ring them (when they’re answering the phone, no business hours listed anywhere).

For technical reasons we could not access online messages in Booking. We could not get into the room. It was not possible to reach anybody via the contact number: we only did reach a text saying that we would be contacted the next day. As far as the hotel was concerned, we might sleep in the car.

Fantastic location by the racecourse; if you get up early on a race day you can visit the track to see the training. Lovely town, loads of vibrant resturants in the evening. within walking distance.

Loved the design of rooms, it was super easy to check in, code and room no was received by text. Great products in the bathroom. Good with the list of recommendations hotel sent out! Racing track is just next door.

“Just off Saratoga's main track, perfect for horse ethusiasts!”

The location is lovely, just next to the main Saratoga Spring track and you can watch the horses crossing the street to go to " work". Staff was very kind and helpful even if we were difficult to reach. The rooms have a sleek look and the outside is very pretty as well.

Beautifully presented rooms, with everything you need for a few days stay. Staff are really helpful and friendly too. It’s a great location in a peaceful setting. Watching the horses come out for training at the race course opposite, while having your coffee is a bonus.

The rooms were very modern and it was a great vibe! Great little touches for the dogs stay. So many hotels say dog friendly but you struggle to look for a bowl or somewhere to store the food. This was perfect! Our dog walked around with the bandana the whole day!

Brentwood staff was great - we did mot stay here - we were delayed by a day and the Hotel was full for our new night. I had to cancel after the refund deadline - Brentwood very kindly refunded my $$ anyway - most appreciated. Will surely stay there when we are back in the area and will tell others of our good experience with staff and refund. Big thanks to them

Did not realize it was not a traditional motel - no staff on site - everything done on line and then given a code for your door. We had not received our code by time we arrived and I don't know how long we would have waited to receive it if someone hadn't happened to be there and she called and had the code sent immediately. Right beside a side entrance to the racetrack so horses clopped by in the morning - that was neat. Room was fine and bed was comfortable. Internet was good and tv worked well. Fridge was stocked with beer and wine and prices didn't seem too bad - we didn't have any because we didn't know how they would be paid for.

The Staff & management are exceptional , the place is very quiet , the bed are great and seeing the horses go training in the morning make you enjoy even more your morning coffee . I will come again :-)
