“waiting for answers!”
We booked this accommodation because we decided to take advantage of the weekend with the holiday to visit the Sarasota region. It was supposed to be a peaceful trip, but the hotel was under construction. At 6:00 am on a Sunday, they started to break the entire roof, the room was shaking all over. We had to leave the hotel, even in our pajamas, because the noise was unbearable. The manager told us that the work had to happen over the weekend for personal reasons, but we were not warned that the hotel was under construction and they did not give us any advance information. We simply woke up before dawn to a loud noise on the second floor, breaking the entire roof. I hope that Booking.com responds to my messages to help me resolve the refund.

“It was just ok of a stay as far as the room went, etc. The front staff Sandra was nice.”
The breakfast is more like a morning snack. Pretty limited.

“Safe Stay”
Exceptional Stay!!!! Super clean and very comfortable rooms. Friendly staff.Great experience with family. We didn’t expect it to be so clean,neat and tidy. Mattress is so comfortable. WiFi working great! Enough continental breakfast!

The floor was not clean. I cleaned my feet when I arrived and I walked across the room and my feet were dirty black again. The bed was not comfortable, I could hear the cars passing at night, the handicap room did not have a tub adequate for the person with her disability. We were expecting a shower where she would not have to pick up her leg. Also, the air conditioner would turn off after a short period of time and make the room hot. I have stayed at other Best Westerns and this one did not measure up.

Not far from beach. Room - bedding and towels were clean (but don't walk barefoot!).
