“Locked out”
Arrived at 10-30 pm only to find reception closed . All there was a phone number to call for reception. I phoned 4 times and nobody answered. So I gave up . And booked quality Inn over the road . I had just done a 15 hour flight and all I needed was a stay for the night . Dreadful service . They did phone me in the morning to offer a refund. That was OK with me . Next time I'll pay extra and stay at the Airport hotels . Less stress.

A truly terrible experience. I'm never going back to that hotel. A druggie knocked on my door at 3 a.m., and another one knocked at 5 a.m. I'm really not going back there.
