“mediocre”
cleaning lady top. very clean but knocks on 8 am on the door to clean. For 300 dollars a night I think the room should be cleaned daily. sink not working . Breakfast lady top , but o jay terrible as well as the bf sausages. No cold cuts

Very bad experience. The hotel was under renovation - it was noisy during the day and even in the evening, it was impossible to rest or sleep. No one warned about it in advance. I do not recommend it for a vacation.

When I booked my reservation I went through booking. com. My reservation indicated that breakfast was included. Next day when walked to the restaurant, the lady said to me that breakfast was not included. I went to the Front Desk to get clarity on that, and the Manager confirmed that the price I payed for my room did not included breakfast. That small detail made my overall expirience a bit sour. The question here who's responsible for the bill I payed for breakfast at another location?

Room was great. NO breakfast because we left before 6;30 AM to get to the airport and nothing was offered, not even coffee, before that time.

The bathroom was renovated and the sink took up most of the counter space. The lighting in the mirror was terrible and very dim.

“Holiday Inn Saarasota Airport”
Staff on reception very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We were allowed to check in early which helped us tremendously as we were able to leave our luggage before collecting family from Tampa.
