“Great staff, comfortable hotel”
We had a lovely experience at this hotel from check in to check out, all the staff were very pleasant, the room was very comfortable and had plenty of parking spaces, the heated pool area was lovely and the outdoor seating and fire pit were a great addition. Breakfast was really good which was frequently topped up, we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

I complained 3 times about the remote control that didnt work. I had to exchange it 3 times even the 3rd time didn't work, i gave up. They promised they would fix it the next day but nothing happened. Lack of communication. The key from the room stopped working on the second day, they exchanged it 2 times and still didn't work, the receptionist had to come up. I was not able to call the front desk any time there was an issue because the phone from the room was not working so I had to take the lift and go downstairs around 6 times.
