“Good value for money large room, clean.”
I knew it was cheap and didn't have high expectations but it was actually decent, it was clean and had a nice large bed, it is a bit dated but for that price couldn't expect better for the money so was happy for the price.

I stayed here just for one night. This place had a great price compared with others. Towels were fresh and clean the staff was nice and it had free parking.

10 out of 10 for the extremely friendly, polite and efficient personal at check and check out at reception. Oats and milk for breakfast also good. Good WIFI.

“America's best value says quite a bit”
Probably a half mile from the Sarasota Memorial and right next door to Publix you could walk from point A to point B if need be. Just great location clean accommodations somebody at the desk when they needed to be helpful laundry was good everything worked fine.

The location is perfect, very close to the city center and with a supermarket right in front. The bed was comfortable, the rooms are big and the bathroom quite alright.
