We loved the view and the proximity to the sea (easy to swim straight from the little beach below) and our hosts. They met us off the ferry and were polite and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was fine. Beds were super comfortable and the shower was great. Most of all we loved the view over the sea.

Everything about this apartment is just PERFECT 👌 Waking up to amazing views and sounds of the sea just took my breath away. And the fact that diving straight into the crystal clear sea was just a few steps away. Emilio and his gorgeous ladies were very attentive and amazing. You couldn't ask for better hosts even bought Albanian breakfast and a little souvenir. I will definitely be coming back as long as I can stay at Yacht Villa

Gorgeous location, as pictured, the owner goes above and beyond to make guests feel at ease. Proximity to lots of shops, restaurants, but above all, it's looking at the see from the bed that makes it worth it.

The location is absolutely amazing — in fact, you could literally dive into the sea straight from the balcony. The host is incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure guests feel comfortable. The place is spotless, with bed linen changed every two days. We were even treated to complimentary breakfasts, which was a lovely touch. Honestly, for this price you’ll hardly find anything better in Saranda. If rooms are available — book quickly before someone else does!

Exceptional location, exceptional host Emilio. Secure parking. Wonderful breakfast, wonderful souvenirs that the host gave us. I will always be happy to return to this property. A wonderful maid who helped us with everything and prepared the apartment precisely. My recommendations for everyone!

A fantastic hospitality. Best location in town near the beach. The owner is very kind, communicative, available for any case. He brought us some souvenirs as gifts. The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable in every way. We were very satisfied, we will come again.

We had a beautiful view from the room,, but the stairs are very steep. Everything was close by and the owner was very helpful.

Brilliant location near the ferry terminal, the centre of the town and literally a stone throw from the beach. Very comfy double bed, gorgeous balcony for relaxing after a day out and about or in the morning. Gorgeous view from the bed. Great size bathroom with plenty of toiletries, a built in wardrobe and a fridge. A quiet but super efficient AC. A great host who bought us a coffee on arrival and then got pastries and sweets delivered to our door the next morning and also on our last night. The music from the Elvis bar next door wasn't an issue for us at all. Plus music goes off after midnight.

We can not fault the location of Yacht Villa in the heart of everything but still peaceful. Emiljos is a fantastic host, very helpful and thoughtful. The accommodation has everything we required and the bed is very comfortable. Waking up to the sea every morning close to a small beach in Sarande on an amazing balcony with the beautiful view was outstanding. Thank you Emiljos for a lovely stay in Sarande.

I had a three night stay at yacht villa during a 10 day trip to Sarande & Ksmail - This stay was by far the best of all the places that I stayed in during my trip. The owner could not do enough for me! Breakfast was brought to my room balcony each morning, he did laundry for me and would not accept any payment for it, and to top it off as I was leaving Sarande and was waiting at the ferry port, he brought me an espresso and a bottle of water, legend! The place is STUNNING! Clean, spacious, comfy bed, and the balcony!! I would lay there most of the day and dip in and out of the ocean that is literally 8-10 meters away. The place is literally closest to the sea on the entire beach. During the day, you can swim in the sea, and then catch the sun, or the shade on the terrace. You have the equipment to enjoy the beach from your terrace. It is better place to stay than others because you are close to all the parties, nightlife and restaurants, but still it's quiet enough. The room is clean. AC is working, it has wifi, hot water all the time. The room is cleaned every few days by the cleaning lady. You can get clean towels everyday if uoy need them. It has washing machine and drying machine outside the room, free to use. Only thing missing is the kitchen (if you want to cook), it's not necessary something you really need. The owner is very friendly. We got served breakfest twice during our stay, which was not included in the reservation. Practically, a welcome gift. Owner also paid for car parking. He was there at any time, to help if we had any issues. In summary, it was 10/10. Price was also fair, really affordable considering the beach and sea proximity. I would recommend staying here. Greetings to Emilio and his son from Bosnia, and we will see each other again.

The location is simply amazing. You have a beach in front, and the bus stop from/to Tirana is a 5-min walk. The staff and host are great. You have several dining places nearby and a grocery store as well. The view is great.
