“Perfect! Much thanks to the owner!”
Everything was perfect! The room was so modern. Everything was exactly as you see in the photos. I love the lighting and the great full body mirror for makeup. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The owner was extremely friendly. He operates a store there from 6-12 midnight so you can find help almost all day. Highly recommended.

Villa Xika was the perfect place for us to stay while we were in Sarande. It is a short walk down to the main beach area. It is newly renovated and very spacious. The kitchen was great the bathroom had a washing machine which was very helpful. I would happily stay here again.

Almost everything was amazing, the view was fabulous, and the family were very kind, I asked them to pay when i arrived, he said no, you have rest now and pay later, which is something i appreciated, i highly recommend this apartment

“Absolutely perfect stay”
This is brand new apartment near the beach. You have everything you need and everything is high quality. There’s a small yard in front of the door, so you can sit there, have a drink and listen to the birds. Location is perfect: walkway to spar shop, a lot of restaurants around and the owners have a shop with amazing fruits and everything you need.

The owner of the property had lovely parents who would always speak to us and ensure everything was fine. Communication was excellent and instant, housekeeping was remarkable. We enjoyed every bit of the property. Just exceptional.

The owner and his family are gentle and responsive. Location is perfect(calm area) and near everything especially the Promenade. Direct access to the beach ( 2 mins walk) Apartment has seaview, free parking which is a huge plus, free WIFI, daily cleaning and alot of toiletries, shampoos, . Etc. I would like to thank the onwer for the late checkout despite the booking is full.

“Great location 2 mins from beach, super friendly hosts, super clean”
Very friendly hosts, warm welcome and very clean. 2 minutes down to the beach (we recommend walking over to Era which had nicer sunbeds and stones are smaller so easier to enter the sea). Air conditioning is great. There is a fridge and a kettle and some cutlery, plates and bowls. If you need anything, just ask and they are very helpful.

The owners are very kind and friendly. There is a shop near the entrance of the villa where you can buy fresh fruit. The room had a lovely view and a huge balcony. The room itself is large and spacious!

The location was just perfect. A walk away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The standard was great, it was clean. The kitchen was well equipped. We even had washing machine in out room! Big terrace where kids could play :) The air conditioning was working well!
