“Would recommend!”
It was a lovely seaside property with decent food and very friendly staff! The location is a bit outside of Sarande so a car would be helpful to get you around. The food at the property was basic but tasty (and we did go in off-season). But the staff was reliable and we felt looked after so would recommend! It’s right by the beach and very picturesque.

Staff is a very friendly.Beautiful, quiet place. If you would like to go to the town, it's best to have a car or scooter or a nice walk it was not a problem for us.In the neighbourhood you have a few families,,nice restaurants and bars, also in villa xhefri they make some cocktails,give you coffee. Breakfast every day is different. If we go to Albania again, we'll be back.

The property was very clean and comfortable. And it was located on a private beach with restaurants on either side of the accomodation which made it very convenient. The staff were very friendly! Not sure if it was a family run business. But everyone was super welcoming and kind! Will definitely come back again!

This villa was perfect for our 1 week stay. It’s away from the loud main streets of Saranda. Here you can spend your time relaxing on the beautiful beach beds provided by the villa beside the sea. Lovely breakfast cooked for us every morning. Hosted by a lovely family! We will be back in the future. If you want to stay closer to the city, it is about a 30 minute walk. This did not bother myself and my partner but maybe something to consider when booking.

Great location on the outskirts of Sarande - a beautiful quiet bay. Hotel is newly refurbished and room was modern and clean with a balcony with a beautiful view. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and really helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel

“This the best place to stay in Sarande”
Bernardo as his family welcomed us very well. The place has an astonishing view with sunbeds and umbrellas available for the guests. Also the two restaurantes available have good options with food and different range prices. Selection of homemade breakfast surprised us each day. It was difficult to say goodbye to this place.

“Very enjoyable beach holiday”

Great hospitality with an outstanding sea view! Extraordinary Service by the host. If there is anything that you need, she would bring it to us right away. The food of the restaurant is very tasty. In summary, you will have everything at your fingertips: Sea View, a restaurant, and day beds at the beach. In my opinion the nicest spot you can stay in in Saranda!

“Lovely place to stay. With an amazing private beach at the doorstep, this is the perfect place to R&R!”
The staff were welcoming and property was lovely - simple but comfortable. Just like the images provided. Amazing to wake up and have a calm and private beach less than 20m away from your bed! The breakfast was basic but good and different everyday - at least the 4 times we had it. Also a plus to have the cutest cat family around the villa all day 🐈🐈⬛
