We had an amazing stay at Villa Josan! The environment is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for spending quality time with friends and family. The views are absolutely stunning, and the pool adds to the relaxing atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to unwind. A special thanks to Joni and his family for being such superb hosts. They were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available whenever we needed assistance. Their warm hospitality truly made our stay even more memorable. The host Joni was very helpful and welcoming. We had dinner in the evening upon arrival and breakfast the next morning. The meals were fantastic, authentic Albanian food. The setting was lovely overlooking the pool. Sarande beach is only 3 mins by car and only 20 mins from Ksamil. This is a wonderful place to stay.

Honestly, it was the most beautiful accommodation we had in Albania. When we entered its gates, we were amazed by the spacious and well-kept garden. We were very happy that there was parking right next to the accommodation and that it was well guarded. The hosts were very welcoming and the cleanliness was impeccable. We also chose breakfast, which was very generous and good. The service was excellent and the dining area was really beautiful. From the accommodation, you could see the whole city and the view was superb. We really liked the accommodation and will definitely come back if we visit Saranda again. I highly recommend it!

I had a wonderful stay at this property and I’m completely happy with my experience. I highly recommend it to everyone! The entire staff is extremely helpful and kind. One of the owners, Mr. Jony, truly went above and beyond—he was always available to answer my questions. I was a bit worried about my boat trip since it was a rainy day, but Mr. Jony took the initiative to contact the boat team and cancel it for me, knowing the weather wasn’t safe for travel. He also guided me with my return bus tickets, helping me find the best option and even cheaper fares. The rooms are very clean and daily they are cleaning the room and changing the towels . The breakfast is exceptional 😍😍 enjoyed a lot Thanks to the care and support I received, my holiday was stress-free and enjoyable. I’m really, really happy with my stay!🥰😍

Our stay at Villa Josana was wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth by the family who runs the place that we instantly felt at home. Joni was very helpful, letting us know we could always reach out with any questions even after our stay. Every day we returned to the villa, we were greeted by a friendly face. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Our bed was made and the room tidied every day, and even our laundry was brought inside when there was a fire nearby to prevent it from picking up smoke. We loved the convenience of being able to enjoy a meal or just grab a cold drink right at the villa. There’s also a supermarket nearby. The location is great – just a short drive to the center, and also close to popular tourist spots like the Blue Eye. Traffic can be a bit busy at times, but it’s absolutely manageable.

“nice stay in Saranda”

We stayed here for three nights. The rooms were spacious, each with its own bathroom, and offered a beautiful view of the mountains. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Every day we were served a different breakfast—large, delicious, and clearly prepared with care. The location is peaceful, with plenty of space for parking and relaxing.

“A wonderful stay in Sarande”

The Villa is owned and run by a lovely family who did their best to make us feel comfortable. The location was perfect with a view across the town and more intimate/quiet than staying by the seafront. We felt they offered exceptional value for money providing us with a lot of food for breakfast which got us off to a great start each day. I also loved the fact that they recommended us local restaurants and it was great to feel that our money was helping people in the Albanian local economy. The son speaks excellent English, the parents very little but we had no problems with communication. Also great to see that the son works at Butrint park so a friendly face to welcome us. We would definitely stay here again and wish Joni and his parents every success in the future.

“Lovely stay with a lovely family”

Great family staff, felt like home, 5 min drive from Sarande which was great because it avoids traffic and gives a quiet stay, food is great and flexible with when you want to eat,

Comfortable mattresses, clean, it was very nice place to stay. Breakfast was included in the price and it was very rich food, we got enough to satisfy our hunger. Owners are really nice people who really care if you are satisfied with room and everything else, we also got recommendations where to visit during our vacation and which road to use for being comfortable in our car. Thank you very much!

The vila is very Clean, the hosts are really really nice, IT is runed by a very nice family. Joni had very good advices FOR beaches, restaurants and everything you want. the breakfast was Home mase, we have had also traditional food. everything was perfect

Joni is always helpful to give good tips for the environment. We already came back for the third time. I think that says everything. The rooms are quiet and the breakfast is excellent. The price for the room is more than reasonable. Thanks for a very nice stay
