We absolutely loved our stay, and hope to return one day! The family running the place were all so nice and we felt at home from the start. The facilities were new, clean and modern. Great view from our BIG balcony upstairs. The breakfast felt like sitting down at your grandmas table, yummy and plentiful. Truly the highlight of our entire trip.

Our room with two very comfortable beds was spacious, lovely and clean, with lots of mirrors, a wonderful balcony with fabulous water view. The hotel is wonderful and the hosts are happy, friendly, caring and helpful. The hotel is not on the beach but beautiful Mango beach is a 5-minute walk. The hotel is on a quiet street with lovely terrace and gardens. We love the hosts!

Hosts didn't seem to be expecting us, and we were initially met with speculation. The language barrier didn't help. The room wasn't ready for totally ready but they quickly brought towels and cotbed etc. The hosts ended up being lovely and we had a nice stay, the room was clean and breakfast was nice.

“A kind and welcoming place, but not ideal for families without a car due to location and a few practical issues.”

The property is fairly new, and the room was spotless. The owners are lovely local people in their 60s who go out of their way to make you feel at home. They were incredibly accommodating — I stayed there with my son and my mum, and since there’s no lift, they kindly kept the stroller downstairs for us. I also asked if they could prepare a meal for my baby, and they happily did. Breakfast was nice with a good variety of options. However, I would suggest including coffee and a Nutella-style spread. In my experience — having traveled to over 30 countries — coffee is usually included with breakfast, so it felt a bit strange to have to pay extra for it.

Excellent experience! Flexible location with nice view, easy access to multiple beaches, restaurants and other entertainment spots, clean interior and rooms, delicious homemade breakfast and incredibly lovely hosts. Our rooms were cleaned up daily starting from fresh sheets going to sparkly wiped shower and sink. Hosts were kind and super sweet, helping with any concern and adjusting to our preferences. Breakfast table gets cleaned out once every guest is out unlike some places where u have to rush out of the room at 10 am. If you look for a relaxing holiday with pleasant experiences, this is a great choice. Thank you, Vila Doka !

Beach view was pretty from room balcony as well from the breakfast table. The old lady was very kind and helpful and energetic.

View from our room was so amazing The staff was really really nice , the food also was so good and room service was excelent . I will definetly come back here ! We rented a car but the beach is not very far from the house ,and it was close to saranda center and ksamil so perfect location if you have a car.

The hosts were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and made us feel right at home. The room was comfortable, super clean with a beautiful sea view. The area is peaceful but still close to restaurants. Highly recommend!
