“Beautiful and clean villa in lovely gardens with a great pool”
This is a beautiful villa in a quiet area. The gardens were spectacular. Everything including the lovely small pool was spotlessly clean. Lovely and peaceful and calming. Super helpful and kind host.

Very kind and friendly host. She left us a fridge with fresh fruit from the garden and cold beer every day. The property is beautiful, full of trees and plants, and very peaceful.

“Very clean, nice pool.”
Gorgeous pool and garden area. Attentive hosts. The property was exceptionally clean! Set on residential area, generally quiet, however plenty of active dog barking. Hosts had kindly left beer, water, melon and chocolate for us the fridge. Pool area very comfortable.

The property is sparkling clean, comfortable and modern. There was a large television in one of the rooms in the villa, the pool is stunning and well maintained and we loved the outside living room and kitchen which are the perfect place to hang out.

“Highly enjoyable family stay at Villa Cato”
We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Cato with our two children (9 and 6). Our hosts Stavroula and Nikos were very friendly and accommodating. We had shared our arrival time in advance and they were there waiting for us. The Villa execeeded our expectations and it was an oasis of calm in a busy area, we loved the pool, the garden and the veranda. It was also exceptionally clean, with Stavroula and Nikos clearly taking their time to really look after the property. The location is good in that you can easily reach Sarande, Ksmamil, Butrint etc, but you do need transport to stay there - there aren't any shops etc in the immediate vicinity. Parking can be very tricky in Sarande, but we found parking high up in town was easier and then just walked down pedestrian paths and stairs to reach the harbour.

“Our new Albanian home and family <3”
Stavroula and Nikos were the most accommodating and loveliest hosts we have ever experienced. They made sure we had everything we needed, helped us with many queries and made us feel like part of their family. Even before we arrived they helped us with the best options of travelling from Tirana airport. We cannot drive so Nikos helped us to the supermarket, to the Blue Eye and to Sarandë port for a boat trip, this was so helpful. A car is useful here to be able to explore more places, but is not necessary as the shops, the beach and restaurants are all within an easy walk. The villa had everything we needed, a huge pool which is so peaceful, a balcony kitchen which is a nice touch with the huge balcony space too, a very comfortable bedroom space and a very clean bathroom. The villa grounds also had so many places to relax. This villa was also the cleanest place we have ever stayed in! Stavroula and Nikos consistently cleaned and maintained the pool, balcony and living spaces throughout the week. They were also very generous hosts and offered us greek coffee in the morning and bought us Sqebasti to try for lunch :) It is a cosy, homely and beautiful villa, if you want more of an authentic place to stay then here is perfect. Overall, we couldn't have asked for more, I strongly recommend staying here! A huge thank you to Stavroula and Nikos :D
