I had a great stay at Hotel Star. The hotel is very good, the owners are friendly, welcoming, and always receptive. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, which made everything very convenient. There is also parking available, which was very helpful. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

“Highly recommended good value centrally located hotel”
Centrally located close to the action and the beach (a 5 minute walk down the stairs) without being noisy. The owners were super friendly and the breakfast was plentiful. On site off street parking at the front of the hotel Highly recommended, great value Sarande was nicer than we thought it would be - very pleasant and nice promenade along the beach

100% recommend. <10 min walk to centre. Clean modern facilities, well designed room with good hot water, fast wifi and balcony. We cannot overstate how incredibly kind and accommodating the staff were. When they heard one of us was vegan the manager specifically went out to get more vegan friendly items for breakfast. We stayed in other hotels in sarande and all we can say is if you’re looking to stay in sarande on a budget look no further than star hotel.

Family run hotel with really polite and friendly owners. The breakfast was good. Really clean spacious rooms. The hotel is centrally located near prominade which is full of eateries, cafes and bars.

“Location, price, hospitality of the owner”
The location is great, very convenient, but quiet. The owners are very friendly and considerate, everywhere is cleaned properly. They upgraded us to a room with a kitchen. It was spacious enough for three people with large balcony. The shower works well and there are no problems with sewer smells. Albanian style enough breakfast.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was by far the best budget hotel I’ve stayed at in Europe. The owners were extremely kind and welcoming. Even when I arrived late for breakfast, they still prepared something for me. They also gave me a ride to the port, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Everything was very clean, and the people here are truly wonderful. On top of that, the rooftop terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea at sunset.. simply unforgettable. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect, it is close to everything. The breakfast was plenty full, traditional choices and delicious. The stuff was really accommodating and polite and they made sure every little thing was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay there.We truly recommend it!!

“Great stay near the city center”
The location is a few minute walk from the central promenade. The apartment is clean and comfortable. It has enough space and content for a longer stay. The breakfast is great and the hosts are putting a great effort. I recommend the place.

We loved the host! he was amazing, we got to check in early and we got a room at 9:30 am which was very helpful. the room was cleaned every day and great balcony aswell as a very yummy free breakfast each morning!

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel star. The staff are helpful and friendly, they really cared about everyone's stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. The rooms get cleaned everyday unless you don't want yours cleaned. The air conditioning works good, very refreshing in this heat. Breakfast was excellent! They had a great variety of freshly cooked food and the overall service was amazing at breakfast and in the hotel. At first the parking was a bit confusing for us but staff helped us park by taking our car and parking it themselves since they know how to park it better than us because of the space of the parking. The location is nice, the beach, shops and restaurants are close. This is just a helpful note that there is a lot of stairs to get to the actual beach and restaurants but it's not an issues if you have no health problems and like exploring!
