“Excellent apartment in an excellent location”

An apartment in perfect condition, clean, new and modern. Large balcony with beautiful view of the sea. Excellent location in a quiet area with a wide range of shops, bars and restaurants. If you want to broaden your horizons, it is only a pleasant 10–15-minute walk to the city centre, the port and the promenade. The building is not beautiful on the outside but once you take the elevator to the floor where the apartments are located, everything is perfect. There is access to a laundry room, and a very charming woman is happy to help you with the laundry. She is also responsible for the excellent cleaning. Towels and bed linen are changed regularly. You enter the well equipped kitchen area directly. We think that entering the kitchen area first is an advantage as it mean that the room with the bed etc. is further away from the corridor with the other apartments. Nice, spacious and modern bathroom with a good shower. The bed was very comfortable and there was good space for storing clothes. The host is extremely helpful and always reachable on WhatsApp where you get quick answers to all questions. We highly recommend Saranda Luxury Appartments, a perfect place to stay in Saranda.

We stayed for five days, and everything was absolutely wonderful. The hospitality was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and beautifully designed. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarande!

Great experience. we are in saranda for the first time and we are completely impressed. We were on the phone with the host, and the contact was a guy who works in the caffe on the ground floor of the building, who was very kind and there is always someone there to meet you at any time. The apartment is clean, spacious and has everything you need. The washing machine is outside in the laundry room, where they have 4 machines, one is a dryer. The view from the terrace is fantastic and the building in which the apartment is located is 50 m from the beach, which is great. I highly recommend saranada luxury apartments.

Very good location, close to everything (cafes, restaurants, bakery, shop, beach all within 100 meters) but in a quiet area. nice, helpful staff. the apartment is beautiful, equipped, clean, and has a fantastic terrace with a view of the sea and the island of Corfu. The underground parking space is very practical. We loved our stay there.

Apartment was new and had all amenities, 2 mins walk to the beach and has nice sea view from the balcony with beautiful sunset. Many restaurants and super markets near by.

“Great stay in a quieter part of Sarande”

Huge space, very clean and comfortable. Good size kitchen and modern bathroom. Sea views and walking distance away from mulitple private beaches. A 10 minute walk to the ferry terminal, Sarande public beach and the "centre" of Sarande. Good air conditioning so the room was able to be kept cold, and a bug screen on the door so you can have a breeze flowing through. Small washing line on the deck.

Excellent location, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, car hire and beach 1-minute walk from the apartment. Very pleasant experience and excellent customer service. Absolutely 5 star 🌟. Excellent communication, almost within seconds, very informative, amazing price, clean and modern, exactly as described. Picked the keys up at the time we specified as the owner owns the cafe downstairs and is available all the time to answer our questions. Very friendly family business. Book with confidence for a hassle-free pleasant stay. Some extra tips: Lift is available for your use. Eco market has good reasonable prices just opposite the flat. Towels and toiletries are available every day from the laundry room if needed. The beach just outside the flat is not the greatest and you would pay 1500-2000 Lek for an umbrella and 2 sunbeds. We had a really fun and great time at the main public beak at Saranda Centre, and it was free, with better water and wider, longer beach. Car parking spot is allocated to you 2 minutes walk. Fish Land restaurant is 5 minutes walk away - is a must-visit place for an amazing dining experience and great food. The oven is excellent. The fridge is great. Air conditioning works very well. Great terrace. Modern toilet and shower.

everything is great....a couple of shortcomings....a little more dishes...as well as oil, salt, sugar...it's a bit noisy, the insulation is bad...the view is wonderful...but all in all very nice 8/10 😄

A perfect place to relax, close to everything, from the shop to the beach, the view from the balcony is perfect, amazing of the sea, the owner takes care of the guests, responds to every need, safe parking guaranteed. Apartament is clean, cleaned every day, towels are changed every day, the lady from the cleaning department is very nice and helpful. I recommend it and we will definitely come back someday.

The apartment was perfect in Saranda - close to town and beautiful beaches, great location. It was clean, modern and comfortable with plenty of facilities, fresh towels, nice bedding. Armando was a brilliant host and very accomodating, helped us with transport and made us feel at home with his hospitality. I would highly recommend staying here in Saranda, it was 10/10!

Though located beside the road, vehicle sounds are at a minimum to almost unnoticed. As the road is quite small, you can hear people shouting as whose car needs to give way. The government needs to have a firm decision with regard to the traffic. But saying that, it was a good place.
