Super Internet and big SMART TV with applications. The panoramic view from the balcony is amazing .... Absolutely amazing stuff - administrator Alisia, who took care of us and was there whenever we needed him at any time, and manager Tatia, who was very hospitable and responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. Next to the apartment service offices for tickets, excursions and car rental. Apartment is 10 meters from the sea and beaches. The beaches are clean, pebbly, with sun loungers and parasols for rent. You can't find a better location, all you need is close as possible. Everything was perfect! From the apartment the sea view is magnificent! The car was parked right outside the house under the window of the apartment. Very convenient and safe. The Royal King and Queen apartment for Luxury Life t is large, comfortable and has a nice modern design. A big beds ad beautiful mirrors, like in Royal palace. Very comfortable, cozy rooms, the view from the windows is gorgeous! There were air conditioners in every room. There is an equipped kitchen. The view of the mountains and the sea is super! And in the morning we had breakfast at the restaurant , which is about 5 minute from the apartment. Everything was very well organized by the manager Alisa. All the staff were friendly, pleasant and always ready to offer whatever you might need. Alisa is always in touch and always helped us with interesting locations and any questions. We felt like happy guests! Many thanks! We had a great rest in Royal King and Queen apartment!

We gave it a 10! These are simply wonderful apartments! Spacious, perfectly clean, cool design. Apartment on the first line with views of the sea, the city of Sarande and the island of Corfu. The room has everything you need - coffee machine, refrigerator, iron, ironing board, smart TV, dishes, coffee capsules, tea, sugar, salt. The vacation coincided with my wife’s birthday and we were given a bottle of excellent champagne and a box of delicious chocolates!!! It was very nice when they take care of their guests! We came to the sea, but we were drawn to the apartments to spend time there))) It's so cool there! Many thanks to the staff of these wonderful apartments! We will definitely come again and have already recommended you to friends and acquaintances!

Beautiful apartment have everything for a luxurious holiday - new, convenient, comfortable! Great location! Nearby restaurants, cafes, shops, supermarkets - everything is within walking distance! The Royal King and Queen apartment for Luxury Life also has 3 balconies with front sea views, 3 airconditioners, 2 large TV, full technical equipment in the kitchen, very comfortable new furniture! Great WiFi! It was convenient for our family of 4. The score of 9.9 is quite justified! Luxurious balconies and front sea views of the beaches! And the beach in front of the door literally! You just need to leave the house and walk 10 meters to the beach! This is amazing! Very clear water on a well-kept beach, highly recommended for swimming and snorkeling, despite the proximity to the harbor. We had a sandy beach (very rare for Saranda), with sun loungers and umbrella for rent. There is also a reasonably priced restaurant on the private beach area. The service is kind and fast, for example, the order is taken out on a sunbed. We spent great days here and were absolutely delighted. Two good parking lots on site. One parking in a closed area next to the house. The second private parking with remote control came in very handy when there were no spaces in the first parking. From the balcony you can see the of Corfu. And in the harbor, yachts of extraordinary beauty and size are constantly parked. Every day is different. Full delight !!! Fantastic communication with the manager Alisa, as well as help and support when you need it. Alisa speaks good English, was very nice and gave us a lot of advice about the area, restaurants, countryside beaches and many other great locations. Very good and pleasant service! This is one of the best private apartment we've ever been to. Highly recommended!!!

Royal King and Queen Luxury the apartments building is located literally 20m from the beach in the first line to sea. In apartment we stayed in was on 4th floor with nice seaview, 2 balconies, a very spacious. The three A/C is very well maintained, two bedrooms and living room with kitchen fully and well furnished. The bar nearest has perfect coffee. Last but not least, Alisa - the manager is a real host and her hospitality is just outstanding! She very supportive and helpful, always there to advise if needed. Alisa, thank you and your entire crew for a great time spent in Saranda. We'll definitely come back!

The apartment combines a decent level of service, home comfort and luxurious style. The apartment has 2 large beds in the bedrooms and a huge sofa in the living room. There is a large dining table for eating. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to prepare meals. Also, a large table is a very convenient solution for my work on a laptop. The apartment has very fast WiFi Internet. All balconies and windows have beautiful front sea views. Everything in the apartment is new - electronics, furnitures, dishes and textiles. Convenient parking right next to the house. All necessary infrastructure is within walking distance of up to 15 minutes on foot. The weather and nature in autumn in Sarande are simply magnificent!

Great view! The best experiences! Wonderful manager Alisa met us at home, tried very hard to make the guests comfortable. Perfect cleanliness, incredible amount of necessary things in the apartment! The kitchen is equipped with all the equipment necessary to prepare all the dishes. You are at home! With what love everything is done in the apartment! Very good fast WiFi. The sea view is stunning from all the bedrooms and balconies in the apartment, which have access to all the rooms. Manager answered all our questions and always answered WhatsApp within a few minutes. You need to walk a little to the embankment, but this is not problem at all. A little further from the bustling bars and nightclubs. There are many shops, cafes and restaurants right on the beach. Two good big parkings for cars near the house. There was enough space for everyone. We will be happy to come back one day to Royal King and Queen Apartment!

Amazing view, spacios and very clean apartment, modern kitchen. The beach is just right in front of the building, absolutley safe and nice enviroment. Beach itself very well prepared every morning - clean and ready. sand "combed" and rocks on stairs shoveled back to sea. there are no beaches with sand in Saranda, but Royal King and Queen apartment have a sandy beach! Our host-manager was very kind and helpful. Thank you Alisa for the excellent service, you made our stay fantastic! For we will come back!

Huge balcony wih wicker furniture and rocking chair. The most huge and expensive yachts in the world stayed stopped under the balcony. This is a thousand times cooler than we could have imagined! Brand new, modern, spacious great apartment (LUXURY SUITE) with an amazing view of the sea and the town from the balcony - one of the best sunsets ever! The location was amazing, and the beaches were beautiful! New house with marble stairs is located directly on the beach by the sea. The apartment had everything we needed and was really nice to stay at! VIP STYLE! I would say that currently this is the best option for staying in Saranda if you prefer ROYAL LIFE! And many thanks to owners for your devotion and personal attitude that made our stay so unique! Will definitely come back again!

Location super right by the beach. It is 10 meters away from beach and near the new port Sarande-Marina, has this gorgeous view over the bay of Saranda and we loved it in the balcony, enjoying the evening breeze. The brand-new kitchen, 3 AC, 2 big Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube, wash dishes machine, washing machine even a hairdyer were available in the apartment. Excellent location, awesome place to stay in Saranda!!! Great view from the balcony and luxury decor. Great view from every window. Very well equiped, clean, spaciuos, comfortable. There is an elevator. This is the most beautiful location in Saranda. Nice local coffee shop across the road, bakery and supermarket very close-super friendly local's. Safe area and nice stroll following the coast path to the centre (passing lots of bars/restaurants). Owners were really nice and helped and very generous in terms of check-out time. We liked it very much!

The apartment is a lot more aesthetic and modern compared to other apartments in Saranda, giving it a more young, artistic vibe, as one can see from the pictures, and at a good price too, making it easily one of the best available options in its price range. The balcony is very spacious and comes with a table and chairs, overlooking a great view whereby you can see Corfu in its complete entirety. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and air conditioning is available in both the living room AND bedrooms. Another luxury is the availability of a big bath, for those who are less amenable to Albania's traditional open shower which usually renders the floor wet. A washing machine is available. A supermarkets no more than 3 minutes away, in addition to numerous cafes and restaurants (one directly outside the apartment, 50 seconds a way). Walking to the beginning of the promenade and center takes no more than 7-10 minutes.
