You can't find a better location! The view of the mountains and the sea is super! Within walking distance of the central embankment, cafes, restaurants, beaches, clubs, bars. Under the apartment is a shop with fruits, pastries. Next to the apartment ferry port and service offices for tickets, excursions and car. The bus stop nearby to - 7 minutes from the apartment for go to Ksamil beach and Butrinti castle. Apartament is 150 meters from the sea with a beach, other beaches can be reached on foot in 3 minutes. The beautiful beaches "Africa" and "Aloha" are clean, pebbly, with sun loungers and parasols for rent. There are bungalows and sofas, rocking chairs and hammocks, swings and pillow chairs - everything is very comfortable and stylish. Very cute fountains and flower beds. You can't find a better location, all you need is close as possible. Everything was perfect! From the apartment the sea view is magnificent! The car was parked right outside the house under the window of the apartment. Very convenient and safe. The apartment is large and has a nice modern design. Very comfortable, cozy rooms, the view from the windows is gorgeous! There were air conditioners in every room. There is an equipped kitchen. We enjoyed on the balcony every evening. In the evening there is a stunning view of the city! The breakfast is delicious and satisfying. Everything was very well organized by the manager Alisa. All the staff were friendly, pleasant and always ready to offer whatever you might need. Alisa is always in touch and always helped us with interesting locations and any questions. We felt like happy guests! Many thanks! We had a great rest!

Top quality furnishings and fittings, lots of space & super well laid out, fantastic view from both bedrooms & living room, big smart TV, washing machine, well equipped kitchen, good location - close to beach, supermarket & restaurants. Spacious, nicely furnished rooms, very comfortable double beds and sofa bed. The apartment was clean, spacious and convenient for 4 people. Very close to the public beaches. There are plenty of grocery shops, bazars and restaurants nearby. The bustling night life was not disturbing at all. Absolutely everything was perfect. Sea view - SPACE! But everything aside, the staff was far better than I expected!!! Friendly, nice and, always there for everything you might need. The manager Alisa was very kind and heplful. We could keep the contact with her on Whatsapp or Viber. We spoke to her over the phone beforehand and she was waiting outside the apartments, near home for us when we arrived. She arranged taxis for our friends, from and to Budva ( Montenegro ) at the beginning and end of their stay. Nothing seemed too much trouble for her!!! If the place is a 10/10 (and I assure you it is) then the staff is 12. Highly recommended!

Location is near the center and near by the beaches. The brand-new kitchen, 3 AC, washing machine and very good WIFI were available in the apartment. Nice view from balcony. Very well equiped, clean, spaciuos, comfortable. There is an elevator. This is the central location in Saranda. Nice local coffee shop across the road, bakery and supermarket very close-super friendly local's. Safe area and nice gentle 5-7 min stroll following the coast path to the centre (passing lots of bars/restaurants). Owners were really nice and helped and very generous in terms of check-out time. We liked it very much! Thank you!

A large double bed and airconditioner in everyroom and a stylish folding sofa and airconditoner in livingroom, a large dining table with a kitchen (where you can find everything you need for cooking), is a very good solution for both work and leisure. The apartment has all what you need for wondeful holiday! Balcony and window overlook the sea. It is very beautiful view! A bright and comfortable bath complemented the comfort and coziness of this wonderful apartment. Everything is new in the apartment! All the necessary infrastructure within walking distance. The location and view from the balcony is wonderful !!! Newest house 200 meters from the sea !!! To various beaches a few minutes! Supermarket across the road. Great apartment with amazing sea views! The kitchen has everything you need from a frying pan to a glass, all cutlery for household use. In the evening it was possible to calmly spend a romantic dinner - there was everything for this. In the bathroom, everything also has a washing machine. Excellent owners who really want guests to be comfortable and well! Everything is perfectly thought out and good! We rested just wonderful! The host Alisa and Pavlo is very friendly and helpful and the apartment is beautifu! I could not ask for more. Very clean. In fact brand-new. The water pressure and hot water are also excellent. The WIFI is very good! Two minutes walk to the beach and all amenities are close by. View from the apartment is super! Overlooking the town of Sarande ,the beautiful bay and out to Corfu. It is also quiet and not very crowded!
