Room was literally on the beach. Open the balcony door. You above the sea. View was magnificent.( as you see in the picture advertised) Owner family was very nice. They dont speak english. But their daughter was really very sweet and can speak very good english. Not a complaint though. Just be aware that their communication can be challeging when their daughter is not around. Neverthless very sweet, helpful people.

“The best place to stay in Sarande!”

I cannot recommend Rock Star- Pllakat enough!! A beach bar with some rooms upstairs, this place is in the absolute best location and has direct access to the beach below. The rooms have amazing views, and the family that runs the place are the kindest- always checking in to ensure i had everything I needed. I would definitely recommend getting food from their beach bar, it was some of the best and freshest food i’ve had on my trip! I can’t recommend enough, stay here for the best time in Sarande

“Magical Rock Star Stay in busy Sarande.”

This was an incredible place to stay right on the water in busy Sarande.The view was incredible and the sunsets magical. Our hosts were absolutely beautiful and did everything to make our stay just perfect. Our room had a comfy bed and kitchenette with an outside balcony. This was a hidden paradise and we would highly recommend it.

The property is located exactly in front of the sea. They gave us two sun beds plus umbrella that was included in the price. My car had prepared the place for parking too that I appreciate the most because it is almost impossible to get places to parking there so that’s why I recommended to rent a scooter to move around because there are too many things to visit. The price was 20€ per day. The travel to the Korfu island costs 30€ there and back.

This was truly one of the best accommodations I’ve ever stayed in, especially considering the value for money! • The host family was incredibly kind and welcoming—they went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. • The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. From the balcony, you get an unobstructed 180-degree view of the sea. • A dedicated parking spot is provided with the accommodation, so there’s no need to worry about street parking. It’s conveniently located just 100 meters from the main road. • We loved the location—it’s peacefully tucked away from the busy center of Sarandë, yet still within walking distance of the main promenade. • The room was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed breakfast on the balcony each morning with groceries from a nearby supermarket, and we also grabbed coffee from the host family’s bar downstairs.

The view from the balcony was truly breathtaking — you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset right from your room. It creates a peaceful and memorable experience. The room itself was spacious, clean, and hygienic, providing a comfortable stay overall. Highly recommended!

“Gem of a guesthouse!”

What a gem! Run by a great family, super friendly and helpful (although only the daughter spoke much English). Great location and nothing better than falling asleep and waking up to the sound of waves -- except maybe an evening salt water swim! Great location right on a public 'beach', great breakfast, great drinks. Accommodation basic but sufficient -- and at a great price especially for being right on the water.

“Fantastic Stay by the Beach”

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The location couldn't have been better – right next to a beautiful and peaceful beach, yet very close to the center. The room was clean, comfortable, and offered an amazing view from the balcony. We slept well to the soothing sound of the waves. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would love to stay again in the future. Highly recommended!

This is a truly special place and we rarely enjoyed an accommodation this much. The rooms are simple but clean and beds are comfy. The (rock) star is clearly the balcony with the great view and the direct access to the small beach below. The beach seemed to be the best location for swimming and sunbathing in Saranda town, but was still quite and relaxed. The beach bar below the rooms is run by the same owners who are super-friendly and attentive. Nothing better than having a good coffee there in the morning and enjoying the view. Tipp: The restaurant next door serves amazing seafood.
