We had the most comfortable stay at the Parid’s Apartments. The hosts are a great and a very helpful family. We felt safe. The place is clean and has all the facilities one needs. There are a few beautiful beaches in a walking distance and a good market at 5 minutes walk. Trip to Sarandë is around 8 minutes by car, and to Ksamil is 15 minutes. I hope we will be back there again.

Clean, comfortable space with sea and sunset view and spacious balcony. Kitchen had everything we need to cook for ourselves. There was parking space behind the building. Our host greeted us when we arrived and helped us out with advice and info about the area. She was very nice and friendly. There was a nice little beach 5 minutes walk away and cafes and shops nearby.

“Lovely cozy apartment! Amazing for families!”

Everything was superb, the owners were super friendly and made us feel like home since the moment we arrived. It had all the necessary tools to cook, wash your clothes, etc. You can walk from there to the Center if you are only adults, with children is a bit far. In case you have a car, they have “parking” spots available near the entrance of the apartments!

Very nice, clean apartment in a good, convenient location. Ola was an amazing, friendly host and made sure all our needs were met and any questions we had were answered! We felt so welcomed and comfortable here and would definitely recommend it to anyone! The apartment is next to Troy Restaurant, which also has great food and service. We felt very safe and secure in the apartment, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.

The most stunning apartment in an exceptional location. Incredibly clean, tidy, and boasting breathtaking views. Olgena, the host, was always fast and helpfull in her responses. Her mother is incredibly kind and caring, always assisting us with heartfelt joy. Highly, highly recommended. We will definitely return.

“Excellent apartment with an amazing owner”

This was our first time in Albania and thanks to the brilliant owner Olgena, it was amazing. Olgena was very helpful and was there for us for any need, she gave us advice on what to visit and how to get there. She was answering very quickly which helped us a lot. By the way, her family produces very delicious olive oil, our advice is to ask her and buy it from them! The apartment was large, spacious, and very clean. The apartment looks very stylish. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had all the necessary stuff for cooking, - a pan, an oven, a pot, a kettle, and there was also a good washing machine. The fridge is very big. There is an elevator in the house, which is an advantage. The A/C was working well. The balcony was very spacious and with a really good sea and mountain view. It also has a table, chairs and a big clothes dryer. The bathroom was very spacious and had everything you needed, a hairdryer etc. The sheets were changed upon request. We are grateful to have met such a good host as Olgena! Nearby there is a beautiful beach Bistrica Beach, the water is clean and a bit cold, it is also possible to stay on your blankets and not to rent a sunbed. Pizzeria Troy which is under the house is very tasty (pizzas), and the beer is good too.

“Positive stay in a new place”

Clean and well equipped apartment with a friendly and helpful host. Air conditioning worked well. Take an extension lead for charging your phone and ask how the washing machine and shutters work. (We bought cheap 4g sim at the port necessary if you want to continue using your phone in Albania). Apartment close to a couple of lovely beaches (we felt some of the best locally) and eateries perfect for watching the sunset. Supermarket near by. We didnt work out the buses but the host organised a car to the centre upon request. Local currency ‘Lek’ generally preferred over the euro and many places didnt take cards. Stray dogs are well looked after and entertaining to watch. An early visit to Blue Eye worthwhile taking in the scenery along the way. We used Blue Eye Shuttle Service to get there and back, enthusiastic drivers got us back well within the anticipated time. Takes approx 45 minutes to walk into Sarande centre. Drink bottled water. We feel the apartment was good value.

The Troy restaurant is one of the best ones I ve found abroad, for both fish and meat dishes. The apartments are very bright and have all you need. Managers and waiters are very kind and friendly.

“Dream apartments for a holiday”

Everything was perfect . The hotel is right on the curve, it really has a sea view like it is in the photos . There is parking in the back of the hotel . Everything looks new and renovated , the washing machine works perfect so you don't need to worry about dirty clothes. You have almost everything you need like home . The hosts will make everything to make you feel comfortable. By the way, pizza from the restaurant is sooo good. The beer also tastes perfect . For the AC you don't need to pay extra and it works perfect . Shower has every time hot water .

Absolutely amazing staff and cleanliness

we had a perfect stay here! the apartment is very comfortable and fits at least 5 ppl although the 2 sofa beds could easily fit 2 ppl each. the hosts were very kind and helpful, everything on the apartment us in perfect condition, the terrace is lovely and it’s located walking distance to a beach, which is ok but not our top choice if beach, also there’s a mini market across the street and a restaurant right underneath, and the town with the bigger shops and variety of restaurants is about 5-7 min by car.

The apartment is in the quiet part of Saranda but close to the city center (by car 5 min, by foot about 40 min). It's very close to Mango and Flamingo beach, and Ksamil is about 20 min drive away. The apartment is clean and spacious, and includes everything you need. It even has an iron! The balcony is a nice addition for morning coffee or late night chill. The owner Olgena was always there for us and catered to our every need. She even gave us recommendations to where to eat and which beaches to explore. :) Overall this was a great value for money! Thank you for having us ☺️
