“Good room, nice location but the host a bit tricky.”
It was a nice apartment room 1 kms from the promenade. Water was gone while having shower, tried contacting the host but he was not prompt in reply. 20-30 mins later it was fixed by itself I guess, as the host didn't replied at all. Have supermarkets and restaurants around. Parking is possible behind the building.

The family ❤️ wonderful people trying to help in anything they can. Plus, the breakfast is very tasty and abundant. You can have a great view from the last floor of the building to all the city of saranda. ( there hey serve the breakfast). Regarding the room: The air conditioner works well, and the bathroom and bed were very clean. The location is 10- 15 min from the beach. I think is very well located and also they are many options for eating nearby by.

“One night in Saranda.”
The hostess hospitality and friendliness. The breakfast was also good! It is true that it is not a real hotel (as some comments say here) but you get a clean, fresh and comfortable room very close to the beach and the hostess is really there for whatever you need. The communication was good and she makes you feel welcomed and comfortable.

Great value for money! I saw some reviews saying that this is not a proper hotel and the entrance is via door at the back of the building. All this is true but did not bother us at all! This place is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Ground floor is a shop so that's why the entrance is from the back. The owner showed very clearly how to use keys for the main door and the room's door. Room was very clean, newly-built. All the fittings and furniture are also brand new. Towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, mini fridge, TV, A/C, safe - all included. The breakfast is served at the owner's house which is at the 4th floor of the same building. Living space of their house is turned into a setting of a nice little restaurant. Everything was very clean and good, homemade food is served by them. They even clean and set up your room on each day and this is something we didn't expect. The place is a little away from the Sarandë city center, away from all the action and noise - which we liked! Owners are super friendly, nice and helpful.

“Great food, great hosts, great room.”
It was very easy to find a parking spot. The host of the hotel is a friendly couple and they both welcomed us to the apartment. The room/bathroom were clean, the beds comfortable and it had a lot of light. In the room there was a small fridge which was very helpful and in the balcony a place to dry the clothes. The light of the bathroom didn't work and 2 days later they solved the issue. In the morning they served us an amazing breakfast with a lot of variety and traditional candies. We stayed 3 nights and ate 3 breakfasts which were always different from one to another.
