A great place to relax! The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, and the sea was about 500 meters away, a bit uphill. It wasn't in the center, so we could avoid traffic jams, as the beaches in Ksamil are kilometer-long – the location is perfect. The hosts were incredibly kind and hospitable; we immediately felt at home. The entire stay was very enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

“It was a great experience in many respect.”
The location was perfect. You can see both the lake and the sea from one of the terraces. Mirror Beach is within walking distance, and three other beaches are nearby. In Albania, this is definitely a good spot for a vacation. The apartment is spacious, modern and well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. The two bathrooms are fine. The hosts are very kind and a lovely family (with two cute kids) ready to help and lend you anything you miss. Beyond the usual stuff, the apartment has a toastmaker, washing powder, and a box to bring fruits to the beach. These were absolute plus points (I left the box at home that I usually take along on holidays :D). They support the feeling of being home in every possible way. Supermarket is ca.10 min by car. A quiet restaurant is next door. (A thing to note: The payment is arranged with the owner, as it is normally in Albania.) We are grateful for everything.

“Great location, good value of money.”
The best thing about this property is it’s location. Just right between Saranda and Ksamil and many other beaches, also it’s close to Greek border, if you travel there so we did choose this place as the last stop in Albania. Room was clean.
