The place was great, very clean and a lovely view. The staff was super friendly and helpful at every point of the stay. Breakfast had a nice variety of things to chose from and was served straight to the room.

He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. He gave us great recommendations for local restaurants, beaches to visit, and places to explore, which really helped us make the most of our trip. He even made two separate trips to drop us off somewhere when he wasn't able to arrange a taxi for us, which we really appreciated. The hotel itself was very clean, well-maintained, and had amazing views. The breakfast was also excellent, with plenty of options and a great start to each day. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and felt very well looked after. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

I loved that it had an upstairs for the bedroom. it was like a studio apartment but with a hotel vibe. lovely natural lighting, gorgeous balcony to have breakfast on. The staff really made our experience in Albania so easy and enjoyable, they ensured we got to the hotel safely thanks to Gledi for the free ride. they were always available to help. Gledi has delivered food for me and my boyfriend on 2 occasions and helped us with taxis on 2 occasions, They contacted restaurants for us for reservations . They went above and beyond for us to have a pleasant stay. I hope to come back

We spent 5 unforgettable days at Meraviglia Hotel in Sarandë, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. I stayed there with my best friend, and from the very beginning, Gledi, the hotel manager, made us feel incredibly welcome. Even before we left Berat for Sarandë, he sent me a message wishing us a safe journey, warning us about speed cameras and giving us advice about driving in Albania. It was such a thoughtful gesture and immediately showed how much he cares about his guests. When we arrived at the hotel, he personally helped us with our luggage and welcomed us with genuine kindness. During our stay, I realized that I had forgotten my jacket at our previous hotel in Berat. Without hesitation, Gledi immediately offered to help. He personally called the hotel, arranged everything with them, and organized for my jacket to be transported to Sarandë by bus. The next morning, he even went to collect it himself on my behalf. When I asked how much I owed him for all his help, he simply smiled and said, “Nothing at all.” That level of kindness and generosity is extremely rare. As soon as we settled into our suite, Gledi sent us a list of recommendations including beaches, restaurants, beach clubs, bars, nightlife spots, and places to visit around Sarandë. Throughout our entire stay, he was always available by message. Whenever we had a question or needed advice, he replied almost instantly and always did his best to help us. At one point, my friend broke one of her nails and urgently needed nail glue. Once again, Gledi stepped in and asked the receptionist—who was also incredibly kind and helpful—to go and buy some for us. When we asked how much we owed for it, they simply replied, “Nothing at all.” It may seem like a small gesture, but it perfectly reflects the exceptional kindness, generosity, and level of care we experienced throughout our entire stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious.

The hotel was amazing! We had a great view of the sea and town. The staff were very helpful and gave us recommendations of things to do in Sarandë and Ksamil. The location was also great if you are driving. We were served breakfast of our choice every morning which made our stay extra special! Highly recommend :)

Everything was great!! Had all the amenities and close to the boulevard. The owner was so kind and helpful. He came to pick us up at the bus station and also dropped us back at the bus station when we were leaving. We are so grateful. Breakfast was amazing, so many options and delivered to your room!! The room was perfect: very clean, quiet, and nothing negative to say, just like the hotel itself. The staff and the manager were extremely helpful; they recommended all the nearby activities and restaurants, always with a smile and a warm welcome. There is also a parking space available right in front of the hotel. We will keep a wonderful memory of our stay in Albania thanks to both of them.

I liked the way breakfast is served, how our rooms were cleaned up after breakfast everyday and the overall hospitality. I also really like how small the hotel was, easy to manoeuvre between floors with my family staying on all floors of the hotel. I loved the room size and how spacious it was. There was always someone at the front desk to help and the manager gave us some amazing restaurant recommendations, looked after us really well.

This hotel was the best, I could write a whole novel about this hotel. First off Gledi was the best host, from welcoming us to recommending places to eat and go to…the places he recommended for the food were absolutely lovely. The hotel was so clean, relaxing and the view was insane, the breakfast were fresh and a wide spread. The other staffs were friendly. Don’t even think twice before booking this hotel because it is worth your penny and lastly the hotel was very close to every tourist area in Sarande.

Everything. The host Gledi is the nicest, most hospitable host you will meet. The room is spacious and clean. The balcony is huge with a lovely view, especially at sunset. Gledi is there for you at all times, for taxis, questions about anything, very helpful. The breakfast is given to your room and is tasty and fresh. 10 out 10.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spotless, super clean and very comfortable. Everything felt fresh and well taken care of, which made it easy to relax. The owner was absolutely wonderful, very friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was also fantastic, fresh, delicious (fried eggs were amazing :D ) Overall, a superb experience. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and well-maintained stay!
