Location is near the center and near by the beaches. The brand-new kitchen, 2 AC, washing machine and very good WIFI were available in the apartment. Nice view from balcony. Very well equiped, clean, spaciuos, comfortable. There is an elevator. This is the central location in Saranda. Nice localо coffee shop across the road, bakery and supermarket very close-super friendly local's. Safe area and nice gentle 7-10 min stroll following the coast path to the centre (passing lots of bars/restaurants). Owners were really nice and helped and very generous in terms of check-out time. We liked it very much! Thank you!

It is a wonderful apartment! The location was amazing and the beaches were beautiful! New house is located near by the city center. The apartment had everything we needed and was really nice to stay at! I would say that currently this is the best option for staying in Saranda if you prefer comfort, style, privacy and yet proximity to the infrastructure and good price. Brand new, modern, spacious apartment with an amazing view of the sea and the town from the balcony. A big balcony with furniture. The apartment are equipped and furnished perfectly! Fashionable, very fresh repair! Good Internet.The apartment was super clean. It is equipped with everything you would need for a living - washing machine, oven, fridge, sets of utensils, etc. Absolutely amazing stuff - administrator Alisia, who took care of us and was there whenever we needed her at any time, and manager Pavlo, who was very hospitable and responsive to any questions or needs we had during our stay. Ideal location in a new and prestigious area of Saranda, just 5 minutes walk from a large supermarket and several good restaurants, just a few minutes walk from the apartment. The weather here in summer is hot and relaxing. The atmosphere in the city is festive and wonderful! I would especially like to note the friendliness and assistance in resolving many issues not only for accommodation, but also for organizing the rest of manager Pasha. The view was great! The place is located near the city center. The apartment turned out to be even better than in the photos, spacious and clean. Very cozy and comfortable. Excellent Internet speed. Large terrace with table and chairs and sun loungers, accessible from both rooms with stunning sea views. Near the house there is a secure closed parking lot with security. Or you can park your car right next to your house on the street, if there is space. We used paid parking because it is convenient and reliable. The managers Alisa and Pavlo are very nice people! They went above and beyond throughout our stay. Thanks to them for such comfort and cleanliness. I hope to come back here again in Luxury Seaview for Royal Holiday!

The location and view from the balcony is wonderful!!! Newest house with amazing view to the sea and Greek, Albanian and Italian islands!!! Parking near building or under balcony. WiFi is perfect! Supermarket near the apartment 5 minutes walk. Great apartment with amazing sea views! The kitchen has everything you need from a frying pan to a glass, all cutlery for household use. The apartment also has a lot of useful equipment: stove, oven, extractor hood, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot and coffee set, TV and of course air conditioning. In the evening it was possible to calmly spend a romantic dinner - there was everything for this. In the bathroom, everything also has a washing machine. Excellent owners who really want guests to be comfortable and well! Everything is perfectly thought out and good! We rested just wonderful! Thanks for the comfort! We will definitely come here again!

It was very clean and comfortable. Excellent balcony with stunning sea views, the city of Saranda, the beautiful bay and the island of Corfu. Also the evening view from the balcony is amazing! Perfect location, 7 minutes walk to the city center and central public beach. Very helpful owners. They took care of us all the time! They said where there are excellent fresh restaurants and cafes. It was a great visit and far exceeded all expectations!
