The apartment is a lot more aesthetic and modern compared to other apartments in Saranda, giving it a more young, artistic vibe, as one can see from the pictures and at a good price too. The balcony is very spacious and comes with a colourful table and chairs, overlooking a great view whereby you can see Corfu in its complete entirety. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could possibly need, and air conditioning is available in both the living room AND every bedrooms. Another luxury is the availability of a cubicle enclosed shower, for those who are less amenable to Albania's traditional open shower which usually renders the floor wet. A washing machine is available. There is a SPAR supermarket and there are also other supermarkets no more than 5 minutes away, in addition to numerous cafes and restaurants. Walking to the beginning of the promenade and centre takes no more than 3-5 minutes. Perfect WiFi. Parking near apartment. It was a wonderful holiday!

We rested just wonderful!!! The location and view from the balcony is wonderful !!! Newest house 50 meters from the sea !!! To various beaches a few minutes! Supermarket across the road. Great apartment with amazing sea views! The kitchen has everything you need from a frying pan to a glass, all cutlery for household use. In the evening it was possible to calmly spend a romantic dinner - there was everything for this. In the bathroom, everything also has a washing machine. Excellent owners who really want guests to be comfortable and well! Everything is perfectly thought out and good! We rested just wonderful! Thanks for the comfort! We will definitely come here again!

Extremely personalised service: the hotel manager (Alisa) is super friendly and absolutely always there when you need anything. Great location: close enough to the city centre to be easily walkable (about 3 minutes at a leisurely pace). And close enough to have a very clean beach and clean sea water! The Luxury Holiday in Royal apartment building is located literally 2mins away from supermarket Spar, a many very good Cafes and many a very nice Restaurants. The Luxury Holiday in Royal apartment has close is very nice AFRICA beach area with more than enough beach beds for everyone, and it takes like 2 mins to walk from the apartment to it. The whole building is very recent and in excellent condition, everything works perfectly. The Luxury Holiday in Royal apartment has laid out in a very pleasant atmosphere. Everything was high on one of the best apartment and beach in Saranda! If I had a score of 12, I would give it with pleasure!

Very good quality for the price! The view from the terrace was amazing! The location is great - close to the beach and there are a lot of good restaurants and shops nearby. Apartment is fully equipment, everything is quite new and in excellent condition. Every room has a separate split air conditioning system. It's helpful that there is a washing machine. Our dog was with us. We informed the owners and they charged us a nominal surcharge for pet accommodation. Everything went great! Balcony is really nice with super view. Apartment is partly in the hill, but not more than 4 minutes walks from the very nice beaches and 5 minutes from the centre. The hosts are quick to help if there is an issue or a questions!

Location: It's close to the center, where you can enjoy in the evening the nightlife. There is a bus station to Ksamil, but the beach a close of the apartment is much cleaner, bigger, less stress because in Ksamil there are to many people. So I would recommend to stay at Saranda beach. Apartment: Every detail is for the well being of the guests. A very big rooms with new furniture. Spacious apartment with good location and excellent view! We really loved the terrace with amazing view over the coast line. Very friendly people which treat all the same way: friendly and courteous. If we needed smth we just asked Pavlo or his wife and they did it for us. Thank you Pavlo and co. for everything. Since booking we've been in touch with Alice on WhatsApp. All the way from Tirana airport to Saranda, on various issues. The first thing that pleased you when checking in was the cleanliness and complete compliance of the apartment, which you chose according to the photos, is the specifically chosen apartment. There are 3 air conditioners. Utensils and kitchenware are enough. Electrical appliances: refrigerator, stove, electric kettle, hairdryer, microwave, washing machine. Big SMART TV with YouTube and Netflix. Stunning view from balcony to sea! Everywhere is very clean, beds are comfortable, mattresses are new, soft and elastic, soft pillows. Comfortable sofa and chairs on the balcony. Stylish mirrors and chandeliers. Internet Wi-Fi is great! Free parking on the street, near the house. Care manifested itself in everything. We got more than we expected! We are very grateful for our comfortable stay for Alice and her assistants. Various beaches within walking distance (2-3 minutes). Shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, pharmacy - everything is nearby. It was quiet and comfortable, with stunning harbour views. I am glad that we stayed at Luxury Holiday in Royal Apartment for King and Queen! Be sure to return to you again!
