We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and offered a beautiful view. The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants, and the beach nearby. What made our stay truly special was the owner’s kindness and hospitality. She even drove us to the city center out of her own goodwill. After we accidentally left our phone behind, she contacted us immediately and helped arrange its return to Germany. We really appreciated her generosity and support.

Everything is close by, the location is excellent, and the room is clean and beautiful. The staff are amazing. There is a tall guy — I don’t remember his name — who was very helpful, giving us tips and recommending the best places to visit. Their service was excellent.

It exceeded all our expectations! The hospitality was truly outstanding — the owner made us feel like family from the moment we arrived, always warm, attentive, and going above and beyond. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the incredible homemade breakfast — absolutely delicious and the perfect way to start each day! The location couldn't be better, with everything you need just steps away from the hotel. We couldn't have asked for a more convenient base to explore Sarandë. The service was great and everyone was helpful. We will without a doubt be returning, and would wholeheartedly recommend Lili's Hotel to anyone planning a visit to this beautiful city!
