“Simple with nice staff”

We actually only stayed for a short while as we were traveling same day, but the staff was very accomodating, even though their English wasn't great they were nice and tried to help when we need with finding a taxi. Is very simple place, but for the price and location is fine.

“It's ok for a budget accommodation”

The terrace was very nice - with a beautiful view on Sarande. There is a kitchen upstairs - I didn't cook there but seemed to haver everything needed to prepare meals. I did use the kettle though. The room was very clean, and the facilities worked well. I found the bed comfortable, the WiFi worked very well, and the ac also. The view from the room was also quite nice. It is a good option for one or two-night stay. But there wasn't wardrobe nor chest of drawers so staying longer would be a bit uncomfortable.

“Great stay at a family ran hotel”

The room had sea views. It was right by the city center, 5 min walk to one of the main roads. The location is really peaceful and you won't hear any sound overnight The room was clean and have everything I needed. The matrasse was very comfortable. The family who runs it was helpful at all time and very friendly

“Nice simple hotel in a quiet neighbourhood but with walking distance to the center and the beach.”

Saranda is super packed with tourists in August, and we were glad that the hotel was outside the main center, a little up the hill in a quiet neighborhood, but still within walking distance to the beach and main center. The room is simple and clean, with a fridge and AC, which are helpful during these warm months. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, and I loved the terrace with the sea view.

“A very warm welcome!”

We were contacted by the receptionist, Vani, with all details of parking. Vani made sure we were there without troubles, avoiding traffic. When we arrived at the hotel we had such a warm welcome, he helped us with the luggage and did a very fast check in. He was available 24/7 through the phone for any questions regarding anything in the city. The next day he was kind enough to let us park till evening so we could enjoy a boat tour around beaches of Saranda. I would give 100 out of 10 for this place as we felt so welcome and in good hands.

Lovely hosts, amazing view, and a great location. The hotel is situated away from the noisy clubs, yet close enough to walk if you want to visit them. The rooms were always clean and very comfortable. The hotel itself is in a beautiful location, making it convenient for exploring many places, and it’s suitable for families and with beautiful view. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its value. The hosts were amazing and communicated well. It is a very well priced hotel/hostel in Saranda, maybe about 10 min walk from the promenade. Room was spacious, had air conditioning (a must in Saranda), nice verandah with a view and very kind and nice hosts. Clean, good service and kitchen is available for use.

“Excellent basic hotel”

For the right person, this hotel is really excellent. I liked everything about it. Yes, it's simple and basic, but that is what you are paying for. Yes, it's a long way up the hill, but it's worth it for the views. Yes, the shower is literally above the toilet, so everything gets wet, but it dries up really fast. Having the bathroom on the balcony might seem weird at first look, but it was actually fantastic nice. Bayview from the toilet! And so nice and airy with a shower there in this heath. Everything was spotless clean. The lighting in the room is better than usual. Excellent views from the little balcony. A fridge in the room. Good WiFi. Outdoor light and even an electricity outlet on the balcony. Aircon as well, which I didn't need. Opening the balcony door and the window and catching the sea breeze was much better. The 100 percent privacy was very nice. No other houses and no guests from neighbouring rooms can see you, not even on the balcony. I really liked this hotel.

It was quiet, nice, clean and the best view over the sea

Nice place and a great, very communicative and nice owner, he helped us a lot when we were left without accommodation at night (our reservation elsewhere was canceled) and we were traveling with children.

Very kind and cooperatively stuff. A family business managed by local Saranda habitants for many years. The view on the balcony was simply perfect. The price-quality relation was satisfying, the rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a 8-10 minutes walk to the city center.
