“Fantastic Stay at Hotel Bella Vista!”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Bella Vista and I can wholeheartedly recommend it. It's a truly wonderful place to relax and enjoy your vacation. The hotel is spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained. Every area, from the lobby to the rooms, shines, which really made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The service was absolutely fantastic! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely goes out of their way to ensure you have everything you need. They definitely deserve high praise for their hospitality. We were lucky enough to have an absolutely stunning sea view from our large balcony! It was truly magnificent and made sipping our morning coffee or relaxing in the evening an unforgettable experience. The breakfast offered was good, providing all the basics to start the day. The only minor downside is that the selection was the same every morning, so it could get a bit repetitive for longer stays. When it comes to the location and beach access, be aware that getting to the beach requires a bit of a significant walk downhill. It's certainly manageable, but something to keep in mind, especially for the walk back up! The beach itself is a paid area, costing €15 for an umbrella and sunbeds, which is a standard charge in this area. A major plus is the food near the hotel, which is very delicious. There are some great local restaurants just a short walk away that are definitely worth exploring for dinner. Overall, despite the walk to the beach and the repetitive breakfast, the cleanliness, the amazing service, the incredible sea view, and the quality of the hotel itself make Hotel Bella Vista a brilliant choice. I would definitely stay here again!

“Great stay, very comfortable, with kind staff and tasty breakfast”

The receptionist was very kind and explained what to do and where to go during our stay. The apartment is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is abundant and delicious, with typical foods and fruits. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice staff, helpful at check in. Quiet location but an easy walk to town, lots of cafes close by as well as mini mart. Parking was easy too, great view from the room

We have booked a family room of 60 square meters, with 1 bed and 1 double bed, minibar, tea and coffee maker but we were checked-in in a double-bed room of 20 square meters, no minibars or tea/coffee makers, no shower gel. Inside the room only 1 whiskey glass and 1 pairless cola glass, embarassing (picture attached). Breakfast served in a confined space, quality of the food questionable. Not a 4* hotel, no more than 2*. The receptionist admitted that we were checked-in in a wrong room, but refused to refund us the price difference or to take any corrective actions; just instructed us to call an imaginary "team". In the end they charged twice only one family room and kept the extra money.

Nice location, very nice and helpful staff. Possibility to park at all times. Would definitely recommend.

The room was very spacious, and the personel very friendly, helpful and kind. Also the view was really nice. Comfortable beds Good wifi signal Nice spot close to the bus stop, some markets and restaurants and the beach.

The hotel in itself is at a very good location from where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sunset and the city of Saranda. The hotel owners are a family and they are so polite and so helpful in all the aspects. I would definitely recommend

Location is good. Great view. Also size of rooms and parking space. Breakfast good and tasty. Beach is quite close.

The hotel is really great for the price we paid. Everything is satisfying, breakfast is tasty, great location with many restaurants and groceries store nearby. Also its only 5 minute distance from Bus station, in case you planning for short visit to Ksamil.
