Very friendly atmosphere, staff and volunteers were great! We had lots of activities we could join in on and he’d a great time. Had a movie night, played pool, water sports and a hiking day !

Hasta la Vista is a hidden gem run by a very passionate young man with a great community spirit, appreciation for the local history and super welcoming vibe. We had a private room which was very clean and spacious and had an impressively comfortable bed. The facilities are amazing, with lots of chill out areas, fully equipped kitchen, cinema, library, co-working space, a super cool hidden play den, even a mini-history museum! Too bad we stayed out of season and we couldn't enjoy a more social stay, but I can only imagine this place coming alive when people come together, connect and have a great time. Not to be missed!

A lot of space and good vibe and people

The room was quite spacious and there was a working AC. The bed was also quite comfortable. The staff was really nice and there is a common kitchen/dining area and if you want to hang our with people there is also a "games and movies room" where they also organise activities if you want to hang out and meet new people.

Only have good things to say of the owner and staff!! I was disturbed by 3 guests upon arriving, owner was very quick to stop them and moved me to a different room immediately. From then on, my stay was amazing, I had a great time exploring Sarande with the others from my room. Owner is very available and responsive at all times, even stored my phone safely for me when I left it behind one day and went out. Staff are so friendly and always helpful. Kitchen facilities are useful, drinking water always available, location is good and I'm coming back very soon!

Great huuuge hostel. Lots of bathrooms. Big fully equiped kitchen. And very nice room for hanging out with pool table and even projector. Very nice owner and stuff, very clean and at great location. 10min walk from beach and location has plenty of free parking spaces if you have a car. And plenty of restaurants nearby

The staff here were all so nice and really welcome you in to the hostel. It’s also huge, there so much space to chill, cook, have a few drinks, and there are plenty of toilets/showers. The location is perfect in Sarandë, everything is within 15/20 minute walk. I recommend everyone to go and get a sun lounger at Mucobega Hotel or ask the volunteers where the public beach near there is. There are supermarkets, bar and restaurants all really close to the hostel too. You can also book on tours through Hasta La Vista but they’re super busy so ask as soon as you get there. I ended up going through GetYourGuide. A nice touch by the owner was putting a small ‘museum’ in the hostel so you can find out more about the history of Albania!

BEST HOSTEL EVER!!!!!!!

Loved my stay at Hasta La Vista Hostel ended up staying 10 nights, and I still did not want to leave. The owners and volunteers make it feel like home. There is a whatsapp group where they announce activities, and people can arrange to do outings together. You are always greeted with love and inclusion. Super social place, without being a "partyhostel". Always clean and tidy. My first night the owner had a bbq on his rooftop terrase, and from there on out it felt like home. The place is huge, with so many places to hang out. There is a movie room, a huge kitchen area and even a poolroom. All secluded so that it does not bother your sleep. The beds are comfy and there are plenty of bathrooms. You can tell Albano, the owner, puts his love into the place.

Hostel is located in the centre, short walk from the beach. Many facilities to use and very clean.

This is one of my favourite hostels I have stayed in. Amazing staff and the hostel is very friendly. Lots of common spaces to relax or work if you need to. Air conditioning in the rooms and very comfortable beds. Lovely breakfast, well equipped kitchen. Great location, easy to walk into Sarandë and to local beaches.
