A lovely place, very clean, quiet, friendly and accomodating staff. This family owned hotel was a perfect spot away from the noise. The beach was super cute.

The hotel itself is outside of the city, which was for us perfect because we prefer a quiet beach visit. Bernado was a perfect host he took care of every need we approached him with. We forgot some of our stuff after checkin out, we wrote him and had the chance to come back later (6days) to pick it up. The rooms were very clean and the staff was absolutely friendly. The breakfast altered every day and was for our taste perfect. The cocktails were also very good especially the Negroni!

The villa is just perfect for relaxing, with a beautiful beach right at your doorstep. The staff are extremely attentive. The food is also excellent, delicious and varied. A wonderful place to enjoy!

“I suggeat for the people who like silent place, stay in same location or ready for walk, there is parking spot for your”
The location- outside from overcrouded Sarrande was very nice, the walking distance to the city centre was ca 20 min, own beachfront ( directly jump to the water, no sand) . The builidng is very new and rooms nice and big, big balcon with sea view Good breakfast ( for men’s maybe a little bit small), but everything was fresh and prepared in the same moment

Bernardo was a great host, always making sure that everything was to our liking. Even on our last day, he let us enjoy the sun loungers and the pool for a couple of hours after check-out time. Homemade breakfast that changes every day with the crystal clear sea just a few meters away. Located away from the tourist area of Sarande, it feels less crowded. Ideal if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle.

“Woderfull relaxing vacation”
The location was amazing quite away from the noise of central serenade for us it was exactly what we needed to relax with a private beach with sunbeds located right on the water edge!!! You can't get more beach vacation than this!!! The Breakfast was grate One of the greatest things were that the restaurant is serving all day lunch and dinner which were absolutely wonderful and allowed us a relaxing time between beach time and eating thier grate food without having to drive to a restaurant somewhere in all the busy streets It is just 10 minutes drive from the promenade so we also enjoyed some time over there The hotel is a family business and they were extremely helpful and nice especially Bernardo that helped us with everything. Such a wonderful atmosphere We loved it
