Location and view from top floor is amazing.

The view is amazing, also it’s quiet at night, no clubs around like when you’re further down in the Center. The hosts are amazing and very welcoming. I felt so bad for not eating the whole 5 person breakfast they prepared for me so don’t worry about leaving breakfast hungry! There‘s even a little dog that greets you every time when you arrive :) If you have a car there is easy parking, the beds are comfortable and there is kitchen equipment and ironboard in the room (I think it’s in every room) so you can cook from time to time, because walking to the Center is a 15-20min walk and walking back is very steep, but consider it as a small workout or go by car (it’s not to bad) Overall loved this place and highly recommend

Very friendly, family owned guest house where you are treated as a personal guest. Beautiful views over the bay and the Greek island of Corfu from your balcony. At night you can see the lights of Sarande. The guesthouse is situated on a hill, about 20 minutes from the boulevard, but I personally liked this, because it is in a quiet street with a lot of greenery around and beautiful views. Staff was helpful, beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Breakfast was absolutely amazing :-)

The hosts were very nice, warm and helpful. The view from the balcony was amazing, with very nice sunset views. The parking is just next door and the breakfast was very nice and rich. It was a 15 minute walk to the beach/ promenade and 15 minutes by car to the great beaches of Ksamil.

The breakfast was great with good selection of cooked food and continental. We had a Seaview room. The place was very clean and peaceful. We were able to organise sightseeing and transfer to the coach station with Eleni at a cheaper price than a taxi company. There's no public transport from the guest house to the centre and it's high up. On one occasion Eleni's husband dropped us off at a bus stop (for free) to go to the national park. Eleni and her husband were friendly and they have a little dog. We enjoyed the sun and our stay overall. Sarande is a good base to visit other places. The view from the castle which is almost behind the guesthouse is not to be missed however you need transport to get up the mountain. We had to google places to eat that met our dietary requirements. These were in the centre or a little further away.

The property was very well located only a few minutes to the animated center. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, they helped us on several occasions. The breakfast was very good and varied. I highly recommend this guest house and I would honestly come back again.

“I loved the rooftop patio. Extremely refreshing”

We loved staying at Eleni Guest house. We rented the 2 room apartment on the rooftop which was very comfortable and clean. The family in charge of the business are wonderful people. Mr. Joseph is respectable and Joy and the whole family are very welcoming. We loved the Albanian feel of the apartment. The breakfast is also really good with breads, pancakes, crepe, cheeses, different types of egg dishes, marmalade, tomatoes, cucumber ..etc. I would definitely advise to stay here.

We stayed at the hotel in July 2025. Nice quiet place, away from the noisy center. Very friendly hotel owners, such people make you want to come back. The hotel is very clean, delicious breakfasts, very nice view of Saranda from the balcony. The hotel is located on a mountain, so it is convenient to have a car for a beach holiday.

The owners were super nice and friendly. They facilitated all our needs and even though we woke up late after our check out time they offered us breakfast and had no problems with us.
