“Modern apartment with incredible view and helpful hosts”

Fantastic location walking distance to the port and bus stop. There was a small supermarket very close for essentials. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful. We made several trips out of town both organised and by bus and all went smoothly. Very interesting things to see and do close by so ended up being so much more than the beach holiday we expected. The tourist office near the apartment arranged for a boat to pick us up in the immediate vicinity. The apartment was so close to the beach we could sit on the balcony between swims, although they arranged complimentary sunbed access as well. Spotlessly clean and towels changed during stay.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect, right on the beach and close to restaurants etc, and there is onsite parking. The host and his family live upstairs and they made us feel welcome from the moment we got there. They were super helpful and friendly, and we had everything we needed.

I had a wonderful stay at Ardit Seaside Rooms. The place was cozy and spotless – the room was cleaned daily. The owner was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with any questions about leisure, trips, or restaurants. He responded very quickly and made us feel truly welcome. The room was modern, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. The highlight was the breathtaking sea view right from the room, and the location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the beach.

We got a bit of minimal language barrier since this is a family business and those who can speak English were not at the place since we arrived too early. However, Papa and Mama, who actually run the place are LOVELY. They made everinging to please and pamper us :)

The property/room was extremely clean and very well maintained and designed. The family who run the property are by far the best I have encountered throughout my trip in Albania. They are all kind, extremely helpful and really made us feel comfortable and safe in Sarande. They recommended us the best places for food, sight seeing, and such a bonus that the beach directly in front of the property is clean and a sun bed is included during the stay. We enjoyed our time here so much, that we decided to visit again for one night before we leave Albania. We truly loved it here, and has been the highlight of our holiday. Cannot thank the family enough, for making us feel so comfortable and for all the recommendations. Even for expectations coming from London, and having travelled over 30 countries, this property really has a special touch and feeling to it. The location of this property is just a 10 minute walk from the port if you are visiting from Corfu, or just a 10/15 minute walk from tne main bus station for ksamil or north Albania. And best, less than one minute walk from the beach. Peaceful and away from the massive crowds, yet close enough to go into the main town easily. Also, a really cute and very well maintained garden around the property, and for someone who really loves attention to detail, I really did appreciate this view. Photos do not do this property justice! The host really is helpful via WhatsApp and will help and give you any advice or recommendations you could ask for! Really has been a beautiful time here.

We stayed for almost one week here and everything was exceptional. The hosts are an amazing family, ready to help us with everything needed and taking such good care. Providing a lot of informations about places to visit and more. The apartment was spotless, very clean, with an amazing sea view from the cozy balcony. The beach was in front of the hotel, 1 min walk, and the sunbeds were included as well. We had a great experience, Ardit and his family are such nice people and we will definitely visit them again next year. Highly reccomended!!! 😍

In front of the beach, close to nice restaurants, good parking spot and mainly the owners are very nice and do everything to make your travel pleasant.

We had a great time from the moment we arrived, welcoming, quick to respond to anything we needed. Beach access was very convenient with no extra charge for beds and fresh towels provided. Our room was very clean, high quality bedsheets, comfortable pillows and mattress, stunning beach views. After checking in, the owners suggested great local restaurants, bakeries, and sights. Overall, we had an amazing stay and will definitely be back! Thank you for going above and beyond to make our stay so memorable :)

The accommodation is located on one of the most beautiful beaches in Saranda, within walking distance from the city center. Everything you need is nearby – perfect for both beach relaxation and evening outings. The apartment was clean, tidy, and nicely arranged, with a private beach and sunbeds included. The host was very friendly and dedicated, giving us great recommendations on what to see and do. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Amazing seafront apartment! Just a few steps from the beach, with a stunning view of Corfu island from the window. The room was spacious, stylish, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Private parking available. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. I 100% recommend staying here!

The place was clean and tidy. The family was super welcoming and very helpful. I do highly recommend Ardit Rooms for anyone looking for a stay in Sarande with a good value of money. The location is nearly 15 / 20 minutes away from Saranda Promenade.

“A GEM in Saranda!!!”

This apartment has a beautiful sea view and was a 1 minute walk to a private beach (sea water was crystal clear and war) were sunbeds and umbrella were included as part of the package staying at Ardit Seaside Rooms. Whilst sitting outside the apartment guests can hear the sea water lapping the shore which is so relaxing. The hosts (Arditi and family) were so welcoming and assisted with any queries we had about the area and things to do. The apartment has recently been refurbished in July 2024 so everything was new, modern and so comfortable and was decorated to a boutique hotel standard. The air conditioning was extremely effective and the WIFI was fast and reliable and overall was brilliant. TV had a good selection of English speaking entertainment and the apartment was sparkling clean. Ardit provides use of a washing machine and iron and ironing board too. Each room has a outdoor rack for drying clothes et al. Ardit Seaside rooms is located in a pleasant neighbourhood with lots of facilities and street lighting. Other than a very small incline it is a flat 15 minute walk to the bustling port and promenade. Our accommodation was the perfect haven for rest and relaxation and then we could visit the busy centre easily. The apartment is close to supermarkets, bakeries and a couple of fabulous local eateries which were very reasonably priced. There are local hairdressers, barbers and nail bars close to this accommodation which are great value for money and a treat whilst on holiday. There are also lots of excursion outlets close by as well. We cannot wait to return to Ardit again next year and have recommended it to our family and friends as it is a great location to explore Saranda and the surrounding area. Albania is such a gorgeous country and the people are so friendly and helpful. We LOVED it all and this accommodation is AMAZING!

“Disappointing Experience with Unfair Charges”

I recently stayed at Ardit Seaside Rooms , and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. While the accommodations were average, the owner’s behavior took the experience from mediocre to downright frustrating. Upon checking out, I was accused of damaging a clothes airer in my room—a claim I firmly deny. I always respect hotel property and was shocked to be confronted about this issue. The owner insisted that I pay for the damages, despite my insistence that I did not cause any harm. It was disheartening to feel so unfairly treated, and I left the hotel feeling taken advantage of. Customer service is crucial in the hospitality industry, and I expected better. I would not recommend staying here unless you want to face the possibility of being held accountable for damages you didn’t cause. Overall, I cannot recommend Ardit Seaside Rooms based on this experience. There are plenty of other options where guests are treated fairly.
