“Great short stay”
It was nice and close to the train and shopping. There are a few restaurants around and the hotel itself was nice and the room was very large.

Great location just off the Main Street in Susukino. This means that you’re in the girlie bar area and the streets have litter in them in the morning(!!!) but it’s safe and entertaining to watch. Main Susukino street is a 2 minute walk away with access to trams and exit 4 of Susukino underground station. Lots of food outlets to suit all budgets just a short walk away. Room was clean, modern and had clever decor. Good shower, a bit(!) of hanging space plus kettle, fridge AND a safe(😊) Washing machines on 2nd floor(400yen) plus drinks machines and microwave.

“Amazing Location and rooms”
Rooms were really nice, beds and pillows were so comfortable. Amentities were really good. Staff were really friendly. Awesome having a Family mart next door. Rooms had blockout curtains.

Walking distance to busy Susukino where they hold the ice sculpture portion of the Snow Festival and only a quick train ride from Odori Park.

“Ordinary at best”
The hotel itself was fine and the location was convenient. However, the customer service was extremely disappointing which is unusual for Japan. I’ve travelled to Japan seven times, and this is the first time I’ve had such a difficult experience. We booked two rooms as a family, only to find they were located at completely opposite ends of the hotel. Travelling with three children, this was clearly impractical. We were then told we may need to book an additional room because we have three kids, all under 12 years old. It simply doesn’t make sense to expect a young child to stay in a separate room on their own. Rather than working with us to find a reasonable solution, the hotel was inflexible and unwilling to accommodate. After travelling for over 20 hours overnight with children, we were made to wait more than an hour at reception while the matter was being “resolved,” which added unnecessary stress to an already exhausting day. Overall, while the facilities were acceptable, the lack of understanding and poor service significantly impacted our stay.
