Staff were really helpful! Allowed us to borrow a cooktop and pot to cook in the room! Size of the room was great. Separate toilet was nice. The washing machine in the room was a game changer.

“Great location, clean room, no weird smells”
Staff & cleanliness. I walked from Sapporo station with my roller luggage. If your fit and like exercise, there’s so much to see on the walk it was only 12 mins. Otherwise just get a taxi from Sapporo station. I liked the shower head to too. Has a great misting function haha!

Friendly staff. Because of ARASHI’s concert, the staff even draw the pictures of ARASHI members. It’s heartwarming. We like the hairdryer provided too.

a wonderful hotel, great breakfast . We had a view of the TV tower . In the room shower ,hair dryer and shampoos REFA ,very surprised . The beds were a little hard . The room had everything you need . Near the park and excellent shopping centers , very convenient location to the airport we got limousine bus stop near

“Great Hoel in great location. Just make sure you go to the right Tokyu Stay as there are two in Sapporo.”
We had a great room with a view of Sapporo tv tower. Staff were very friendly helpful. Location was great close to everything.

“Relaxing and Convenient Stay”
It is very close to exit 34 Odori Subway Station, it was really convenient during heavy snow without having to walk a long distance to underground. It's clean, comfortable and relaxing - able to use my YouTube & Netflix subscription to watch shows on TV, and use the washing machine/dryer. The staffs are nice and friendly e.g. helping with the luggage transfers.

“Would come back if we need to be around odori park .”
Very convenient to have a washing machine and dryer in the room. Located just on the right side of odori park station exit 31. 2 Free drinks from 2pm to 10pm. Warm and cozy lobby to sit around to buy some takeaway and eat.
