“Amazing location and view”
A great choice for Sapporo – the location is incredible, such a central and lively spot, close to all the action. The view from the 12th floor was incredible. Our twin bedroom was spacious, with a lovely bath and shower, and comfy beds. The staff were very friendly and check-in was easy. There are some flaws (eg breakfast) but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it, especially as it was good value for money. It's also easily accessible from the train station, and you can wheel your luggage through an underground tunnel/shopping arcade all the way from the station (20 mins walk).

“One word “PERFECT””
Location & great multicultural Asian staff. Tamang Abishek the Nepalese front desk manager was exceptional & worthy of any 5-Star Hotel. He was always available & willing to assist to make our stay enjoyable.

“Good location and good service”
Very good location. Room is clean and spacious compared to Tokyo hotels. The hotel also gives us a voucher for a complimentary drink in the bar for every night we stayed

This hotel was in a very convenient location. We were in town for the Ice Festival and it was only a short walk to the attractions. The hotel was also connected to an underground shopping mall, which was great as we could walk to the train or other areas without going on the ice. We were also given complimentary drinks at the bar, which overlooked the snowy streets. The beds were fairly comfortable and the room was spacious.

“Top location to transport and many sites”
Perfect location to restaurants, subway, bus to airport, street car to many locations, 15 minutes will to Odori park and JR Train station. convenience store just outside the hotel. The room was small, but perfect with a desk too. Toilet is has heated seat.
