“A fantastic place to stay to explore Sapporo.”
The location is fantastic. A tram is located right outside the property that takes you to downtown in 15 minutes. It’s incredibly clean and well kept and warm with very comfortable futons. Staff are really lovely too

“Excellent place to have a short term stay and see Sapporo. Very happy. Thanks Kumiko!”
Extremely tidy, cosy, easily accessed, had everything we needed. Not a huge space but slept 3 easily. Well heated, well lit and the facilities were all in order. Extra props to Kumiko for paying for our overnight car parking fee as the accomodation’s spots were all full.

The room was very nice, with all the amenities one might need and then some, more than enough towels for everyone. We didn't expect to have dishes and cutlery. The staff were also nice. The price was great considering we visited during the snow festival.

among other things, I liked the dedicated service of the staff (immediate responses to all my queries were amazing), spacious room, nice sizeable dining table, fresh comfy futon, mattresses, and of course close access to Sapporo downtown.

“Clean and comfortable room for a nice price.”
It was very clean and tidy. We slept very well all 5 of us. We ate excellent ramen at the restaurant just under the hotel and bought breakfast at the 7/11 on the other side of the street. Perfect!

Clean and good facilities with wash machine in the room. There is a share kitchen in second floor if you want to cook your meal yourself, but I didn’t use it. Location is a bit outside of the center but with car parking there was no problem for us. Staff replied message very quick and helpful.

“Nice studio just out of the busy neighbourhoods”
Really like the apartment, definitely better than the photos. Has all the amenities need and was comfy to sleep in. Loved the beanbag! The staff were really responsive when I was unsure about the address. Good price for what you get. Like the 11am check out time too. Don’t understand the reviews regarding the no lift it is only 2 flights of stairs. In Japan 1st floor is ground floor in Uk. So really wasn’t bad.
