Great location in Susukino so it was a short walk to restaurants and shops, the staff were helpful and friendly, and I was able to use the onsen with my tattoos covered using the stickers purchasable from the front desk

The hotel is in an amazing location right in the middle of Susukino. One of the best things was that the metro entrance/exit was literally next to the hotel, which made getting around Sapporo very easy. Most restaurants, clubs, pubs and shopping areas were within walking distance, including the covered Japanese shopping street with many small stores and food places. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful as well. We requested an iron and ironing board and they brought them immediately. The self-service checkout machine also made the checkout process quick and easy.

Great access to subway, and in a quieter part of susukino. Room was very clean, modern and a good size.

The hotel is located at a good location. Super value for money as the room is spacious and beautiful. I want to give a shout-out to their housekeeping staff and Yamabe who helped to keep my husband’s ring when we checked out and arranged for delivery to our Kyushu as we were flying off on that day. Yamabe even called our next accommodation and provided very clear and updates. Super impressed by this top-notch service!

Convenient location with newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. The staff were friendly. Even though they cleaned the rooms every three days, they still provided you with fresh towels daily.

Great facilities and wonderful staff. The baths were amazing, and the breakfast was also great. The bar is the definitely the highlight.

Breakfast restaurant is cozy and set up with wooden furniture which brings about kind of healing vibe and warm atmosphere. The food is general dishes we can find in most of hotels, but the way it's prepared is really good, enough for guests to select, still ensure the nutrition but not wasting. I think Japan always makes everything appropriately.
