“My favorite hotel chain in Japan”
You're just in front of the train station and walking distance to the airport bus stop. Value for money since I was able to book it early for 3 pax. If given the chance, I will book my hotel at Sotetsu Fresa. Had the chance to book at Osaka Namba before and it was so convenient cause you're just across the train station to Kansai airport.

“Nice Stay”
The location is perfect. Near Susukino but in the quieter area. Complete amenities, even they provide face mask for free. The room is clean.

Been to Sotetsu Myeong-dong, Osaka, Sapporo and Nagoya. You can tell Sotetsu has seriously done their calculation and research on factors such as distance to subway train, what the neighbourhood is like, what meal options are available nearby and etc

Just like Sotetsu Namba Osaka; when I step out of main entrance, within 10 steps I can go down to subway train Some decent eateries around the neighbourhood, Sotetsu location is a competitive advantage The room I stayed has a table with 2 chairs; I can have meals in room if wanting take-away, I can do work or have meeting comfortably

“Perfect for a family trip”
Our family trip was made even more special because we chose them for accommodation. It's near to everything, the beds were comfy, and the free mask was especially helpful during our stay. We love every bit of our stay and we'll be back again for sure.

The Susukino station was literally outside your door and you were close to many bars and restaurants. The room itself was comfy enough, however, it is a japanese hotel room so size is always going to be an issue, however, as I was one person it was fine.

Close to metro station, friendly hotel staff, free amenities in hotel lobby, lots of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Even though the hotel is located in a busy area, the rooms are quiet. Had a pleasant stay!

Once again, a perfect stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn : every branch I've been to has been absolutely wonderful. The young lady on the Front Desk, whose name I unfortunately didn't get, helped me by phoning a store to check if I had left my bag there - This was so kind and really allowed me to de-stress when I had confirmation that it had been handed in. The rooms are spacious, extremely clean and perfect for a base to see Sapporo. This particular hotel is literally only about 10 seconds from the closest station, Hosuisusukino, which was very handy and extremely convenient. ありがとうございます🙇

Happy with our stay here. Everything beyond expectations. Friendly and helpful staff. Warm greetings everytime we're back after a tiring day. Generous amenities at lobby. Rate was unbeatable. Non centralised AC which is great. Ice maker and oven on the 2nd floor. Luggage forwarding provided by hotel at a rate. Been using luggage forwarding for decades and highly recommended. Would I recommend tgis hotel? Yes! Infact I'm heading back next February in winter for 5 weeks with a couple of weeks in sapporo. Am definitely booking this wonderful hotel. Thank you so much for a great stay.

The room was way better than I expected as I booked twins room so I got space for my two big luggages. Also, The bed was so comfy. Front staff were nice and helpful. Housekeeping did a great job for tidying up my room every day. I would recommended this hotel for Sapporo trip :)
