“Comfort plus.”
Everything was great. Rooms in particular were comfortable and bathroom excellent. Best was an air conditioner we could adjust to cooler level.

“If you are looking for a ski hotel keep looking this is not it!”
Was marketed online as a snow hotel convenient to Sapporo and snow. On arrival was told shuttle was booked the whole time we were there, not close to train station to lug kit, no option to buy lift tickets at the desk as advertised and night staff on the desk super rude and dismissive. Arrived late at night and limited food options nearby if travelling with teen... More bars than food. 5th trip to Japan and worst accom I've stayed at. Usually super happy with options. We ended up leaving early and adding extra nights on to our next location where it is back to awesome.

“Awesome stay”
The decor of the hotel, the showers, and the spacious rooms. My family enjoyed our stay here and this would be our top choice if we were to visit Sapporo in the future.

“Must book here!”
Overall of the hotel is perfect for me. Room size was just nice, clean, big and comfy bed, the shower room really good, and they were so caring that will prepare the umbrella if is on the rainy day. And the location is great! Ichiran is at nearby, public airport shuttle bus stop just few mins walk away.. No regret and just book it okay..

Good location in Susukino but 10 minutes walks from metro station or airport bus stops. A lot of restaurants around. Room is spacious and clean. Decoration is modern.

Fantastic location in Sapporo Susukino. Rooms are very comfortable with good layout of bathroom. Accomdation has washing machines / dryer located on 2nd floor. Food and drinks available on first floor. Staff were very accomadating.

“Great place to stay in Sapporo!”
A modern roomy hotel in downtown Sapporo close to everything. Room was big enough for a 6 night stay and to not feel claustrophobic. Would stay again.
