“Very comfortable hotel in good location”
Great communal lounge area for reading and relaxing with excellent coffee and tea supplies. Largest pillow selection I've ever seen ! Very comfortable bed. Nice onsen.

“Smoking polluted the reception”
The restaurant is in the same building. The breakfast is good. It also serves lunch and dinner till 11pm. There is parking in the same building.

Hotel was close to station and bus terminal, which makes it great for exploring. The bath was very nice at the end of the day. The nearby restaurant was good value.

“Great location & onsen.”
Great location, friendly staff, great onsen, close to convenience store & restaurants. Stayed for 4 nights, rooms are tight for 2 but had everything you need. Close to Odori Park for the Snow Festival.

“Great location to stay in Sapporo”
Location was really great, walkable to most places in Sapporo city (for tourist), and if not public transport is nearby. Room was of a comfortable size and clean. There was a public bath located at their basement but we didn't use it as we were too tired at the end of the day.

“My first experience of a Snow City. Fantastic. Great food and Sapporo Beer.”
The location was fine. A little distance from the Sapporo Train Station. Mostly walkable underground, whaich helped a lot as we were in the middle of winter. Some major shopping areas not too far away. Some great sight within walking distance also. We found a few really great spots for dinner very close as well. Easy access to snowfields in the mountains around Sapporo too. Train and Bus, or even simpler Tourist busses as well.
