“Place is clean, facilities and amenities is great, customer service needs to be worked on.”
Location is okay, quite a distance to nakajima park station especially with dragging luggages. Lots of amenities and facilities provided with daily housekeeping. Check in and check out was so easy too because we could use a machine at the lobby.

The location was great and the view from the room was lovely. The staff were friendly and tried their best to help us even though they didn't speak a lot of English. The common area with complimentary hot drinks and snacks was really good and also the amenities offered were really good.

Clean, small room, does the job. Easy to get to, a few stops from the main station. Great breakfast, and all afternoon until 10pm an exceptional snacking area with drinks, homemade donuts and soft serve with toppings. Exceptional value for money.

Free ice cream and soft drinks was a very appreciated little extra! Great location about 10-15 minutes walk from most of the main restaurants and attractions. Lovely staff. Good value.

“Very good value for money”
The location, the staff, the room. 3 mins walk to the subway station, Lovely staff who are very friendly and helpful. My room was spotless clean and they gave me extra towels whenever I put DND on my door because I don’t need cleaning everyday. Otherwise, they cleaned the room everyday. The free pastries from 2pm to 10pm and Softdrinks and ice cream!

“Little gem tucked away near shopping street”
The hotel was walkable distance from metro station Nakajima Koen and Susukino station. It's tucked away just off the shopping street, so the location is amazing. Everything was clean. I liked how the room was set up. A little kitchen +desk corner, a couch and a little table and our bed. The bathroom was split in washing basin, seperate toilet and seperate shower/bath. The publish bath was really nice, and so was the manga library. Would definitely book again!

Everything was perfect. Free flow soft serve and soft drinks between 12pm to 10pm daily. Clean public bath and everything exceeded my expectations.
