“Great hotel in Sapporo”
We enjoyed this hotel very much. It has the cleanliness and scope of amenities of a business hotel, but the friendliness and warmth of a boutique hotel. Staff gave a warm welcome and always offered a greeting any time we walked through the lobby. The room is normal size for Japanese hotel - ours had a view of Mount Moiwa and was very quiet. The public bath was lovely, we used it twice a day. Breakfast is a greatest hits of Japanese and Hokkaido cuisine. Location is excellent - close by Downtown (walking), streetcar and subway.

The hotel and facility is nice but staff is quite hard to communicate in English. And car parking staff is a bit too impolite. Others are impressed.

It was located near Nakajimakoen Park and the Station so traveling from the hotel to all the activity spots was very convenient. The coin-laundry machine was also very much appreciated.

“Very pleasant stay, good location and clean room”
The room was very spacious, large enough for the 3 of us. Separate toilet, large shower and bath. Location is very convenient as well. Hotel looks quite new and hygienic.

“Value for money”
Location was relatively close to Nakajima Station. Room was very clean. Staff was attentive. Buffet spread was good. Definitely worth every penny.

Due to my flight being cancelled and upon request, the staff at Daiwa together with Booking.com’s backend managed to quickly adjust my booking date at the same cost per night. I am immensely grateful for their generosity and kindness. On top of all this, the place was super clean and cosy. I particularly liked that the bathroom is designed so that the toilet and the shower is separate, keeping the toilet and sink area dry and clean. Theres a convenience store located just across the street, train station on the same street and an airport transfer bus stop extremely close by as well. Front desk was also helpful when I asked for directions to the airport transfer bus stop. I would definitely be coming back to Daiwa Roynet Hotel if I were to stay in sapporo city again.
